I left my car at 9:45 as I had a confirmed appointment at 10 am.. at that time I was told that it would not take to long as I had a priority for the service, just an oil change.. the vehicle was not moved for the service until 10:45. When I requested why it took so long I didn’t revive any answer or even an apology for the delay… clearly not a very good service..

I brought my car in for a coolant leak around 8am and waited until 2pm to give them a call for an update to find out they hadn’t even bothered taking a look yet. Mind you I had an appt. Waited another hour to call again since I didn’t hear back and only then did they put me on hold to have a Quick Look. About half an hour later I was told my radiator (which cost “hundreds”) was cracked and needed to be replaced. It was going to be pretty expensive as you can imagine especially since I have a BMW. The labor work is no joke. However I didn’t trust them given how poor the communication was from the start. I took it to a relative who knows about cars and turns out it was only a small rip in the coolant expansion that connects to the hose. I bought the piece myself on Amazon for $15 and that piece is so easy to change my dad did it and it goes on top of the rest of the car parts. So no need to do any hard work like removing other parts and such. These people are trash and will abuse your pockets.

Will not recommend at all it took them 1 half to put a patch and they lost my back piece of my FOB so now my key FOB is missing no discount to atleast compensate for them losing my Bavk piece very upset first time going last time going

I came to Firestone after a horrible experience at another shop. Clausel, the manager was able to help me quickly and efficiently at a reasonable cost. I was so used to bad service that I was shocked he had my car ready the next day. Thank you to all the staff at this store. I will definitely be back to complete the other work that was recommended for my car.
