You provide a guarantee and when you go to change the control (Xbox controller) they give you a used one that is useless, the first one didn't work for some buttons, they charged me again and I took another used one that was supposedly good without problems and it turns out that it turns off the control only practically every 1 minute and I still go and they ask me if I want to put in a guarantee, the controls used for a reason are returned, it is not so that they give them to you when you are going to use your guarantee

Update your hours. I showed up at 8pm because it says online that they close at 9pm and apparently they close at 8pm from Sunday - Thursday

I entered the store with the sole intention of purchasing a PS5. Despite clearly stating the price, the staff member vehemently argued with me until he reluctantly checked the website and admitted I was correct. However, the ordeal continued as he pressured me to hastily make a decision, completely disregarding my need to carefully choose the console version I'd been saving up for months to buy. This type of rude behavior, as evident in other reviews, seems to be a recurring issue at this GameStop location. It's imperative that higher management takes swift action, as the current managers are ineffective and notably absent. My loyalty to GameStop is waning due to this unprofessional and unacceptable experience, prompting me to express my extreme dissatisfaction through reviews since emails have proven futile. Immediate action is necessary.

It’s ridiculous how unprofessional this game stop is. My husband and I will never shop at this game stop again. What’s even more disappointing is the unprofessional behavior came from the manager!!Also game stop needs to hire more people having one person in the store is unacceptable.

I was super excited on my way over to my first midnight release, I arrived at 11:20 PM last night for the release of Zelda.and u was the 6th person there The staff was very unorganized and screaming everyone will get a copy smh didn’t give no information on how it was goin to work mind u it’s my first time then everybody that walked in at 12 o’clock Got there copy before me and when I asked the gentleman what’s up I been here before everybody else. They laughed at me. I never felt the embarrassment I felt then I feel super embarrassed soo much that my blood pressure went up and I almost fainted I had to take a knee and sit down while others laugh and called a male Karen This was my first time experiencing a midnight release especially my favorite game of all time Zelda which I preordered in march I will never never ever be returning to this GameStop

It depends on which Gamestop you go to, for example the one in NMB is a good one and the one off university in the Publix shopping plaza are good ones.

I have been coming here for years and everyone been helpful and nice but there's one employee who is lazy and disrespectful his name is Alan. He plays the victim and almost refuse my service when I try to return something saying "I don't have a place for returns because store is cramped but if you wanna make my life harder".....it's a shame they have people like him working at Gamestop
