I’d give them -10 stars for their horrible costumer service . After receiving months of “about to cancel “ automated emails , they finally cancelled my policy even though auto pay has been on from the very beginning of setting up insurance with the company. I’m being charger 255$ in fees without an explanation, also VANESSA refused to help me , was rude , also made me cry and hung up the phone. I’d never be purchasing insurance from this company ever again in my life. They are super unreasonable and inconsiderate to their costumers. Imagine being out with two toddlers on the road, receiving a cancelled insurance policy and not being able to get help. I had to pull over for 3 hours because they were not accepting a document signed with DocuSign. They expected me to have a printer in my car at the moment to send the documents signed and returned to them before being able to take my payment. What a joke of insurance.

Worse insurance anyone can deal with.It's frustrating to deal with a car insurance company that refuses to pay for an accident caused by one of their insured customers. The adjuster that I got assigned to my claim Joey Atchley doesn’t not how to do his job. He sent the check to the wrong address. When I called him asking about the check, he told me about 7 business days. When the check did not arrive, I called him back and he told me let me check the address and it was wrong. He assured me that he will send me a new check over night and when I called him back he said to me that I needed to wait because the bank just voided the check, and we need to wait until a new one was ready. I asked him for his supervisor’s information, and he told me she will call me back. I’m still waiting for her call and my check so that I can fix my car.

I’d give zero stars if I could. They’re a complete ripoff (charging double). They tried to scam me and make me pay for a driver that didn’t even show up. Finds any way they can to try to add ridiculous fees. I switched to AllState for the same services at half the price. Would never go back.

I was hit by a wreckless driver covered under your insurance and you make it near impossible to make a claim. You are not 24 hours when the automated messages tell you to call back during business hours. This man from Miami was up in montana speeding in a winter ice storm and tried to blow by me and I got hit. I have studded snow tires and was going 45 mph in a 65 mph. He was in a minivan and barely driven in snow. He was cited with a ticket and I was not

I canceled a policy and they reported me to the state. Now I'm being threatened by the state of Florida because I canceled insurance on a registered car. The car isn't being driven or even able to drive. I'll never use Kemper or Infinity ever again.

My name is Niurka Benitez and I am having the worst experience that anyone can have with this car insurance (never get it, they are a scam). On Tuesday I had a car accident which was not my fault, since the woman lost control of the car and crashed. When the man who submitted the claim called me to find out what it had been like, he accused me of being in the wrong position when that was not the case, I took photos of everything and they still haven't sent me the email or where I should send them and they are saying that they can't send me They can pay because there are 4 cars affected when that is not my fault and they as an insurance have to respond. My name is niurka benitez and I have the worst experience with this insurance. The worst car insurance that can exist, I had a car accident, the person who hit me hit 4 cars other than mine, and my car wasn't working and the tow truck had to take the car because it doesn't walk and they called infinity insurance today to say that they couldn't pay because there were four cars involved, maybe it's my fault that their client committed an infraction and broke my car on top of that, and now they don't want to take responsibility. I feel discriminated against being the most damaged in the accident.My name is Niurka Benitez and I have the worst experience with this insurance. Bad really bad insurance company, they should not be in the business. I was hit (me and other 2 vehicles) by their client and had to do a complaint with them, it’s been 2 weeks and nothing about the repairs… I do not really want to know the nightmare people had to go through because this “agent” scammers from here. I do not want more or less, I want what is fair and my car being repair!
