He show me where the products that I couldn’t find. And guided me throughout the process .
The Lowe’s store shines above the rest when employees like Carlos Performs Excellent Qualities. And Great Customer Service.

It’s interesting how I was getting ready to share my experience at the store, and the first review I see posted, mentions the same employee that made me not want to come back to this store never again.
Let’s start by saying that overall we have been satisfied with this store’ selection of products, even though this is a small Lowe’s. My husband and I bought 2 gallons of paint for our pool deck and had to come back to get 2 more. The first time, Sarah assisted us and she was simply the epitome of excellent customer service. Sadly, this last time with had to deal with Edward who was unable to mix the paint and get us the right tone due to a computer error. I asked him if he could request help from a manager and Carlos came to assist. He also was unable to figure the problem out. I then asked Edward if he could recommend another pool deck paint that had a similar color available and his answer was, I don’t know, have you looked around? I have other customers to help… of course I was the only one standing in the entire section. I called for a manager and Carlos came back. Carlos was very nice, he apologized for Edward’s attitude, escorted us to the check out line, recommended another store nearby and offered a 10% discount for the inconvenience. I’ll have to consider if I’ll be returning

I need a reasonably priced stove and Keith was so helpful and patient with me during the process. He explained everything in detail and showed me options based on my needs. I will make sure when I need my next appliance I will go to Lowe’s and use Keith as my salesman.

CAME TO LOWE'S ON 163RD AND THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE PRICE.BUT LOWE'S HONORED THE PRICE AND I'M VERY HAPPY AT LOWE'S GEORGE IN PLUMBING WAS GREAT

The employees are always so nice and very helpful. This place is 1000% better than the other big box that is just down the street. It's cleaner, more organized, less crowded, and has a much more knowledgeable employees. And, they also don't pack the isles with junk like the competition does. Overall it. Is just so so so much better than any other local building supply big box.

My last curbside pickup the fellow came outside to my truck without my order. He told me I had to go inside to pickup my order. He was giving me a hard time, so asked to speak with the manager.

Mr George was amazing in helping us out and guiding us to find the right bathroom pieces that we needed. Thank you all so much for your help especially on a late Saturday night when most at other hardware stores (HD) gave us wrong information and made us spend additional money for no reason.

By far the most disorganized Lowe’s I have ever been to, three times I’ve come to the store waiting to get some carpet and never get any help, very disorganized, no samples for carpets, and help is not helpful.
