Dear National Car Rental, we understand you follow your policies but the unwillingness to help customers is just ridiculous. Brianna, my bf and me thank you for your lack of customer care DNA in your body - thanks to you, we found a different car rental agency which helped us to get our car for the weekend despite us having to book it last minute after being rejected by you. We would recommend anyone looking to rent a car to use Sixt and ask for Katrine, she is great and will extend an arm to get you sorted.

Staff was excellent(from Enterprise), problem is with National mgmt. We were overcharged for items we did not request (gas, etc.), manager was going to call us to rectify bill. No call, no returned call.

Once again, I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the National car rental in Sunny isles! Fernando looked after me and treated me like a VIP! Super efficient, answered all of my questions, and went out of his way to make the entire experience 5 stars. Will definitely be using National every time - a pleasure from start to finish. Fast and seemingly experienced staff.I was especially impressed with Allison’s professionalism and the fact she was smiling the entire time. When I dropped off the lady in front of me also made mention of great customer service and that she’d be back with more business next month.

The manager John was an absolute pleasure to work with and zipped me through the rental process, I also spoke to a woman on the phone before hand, I believe her name was Allie and she was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. I would disregard the previous review as it seems they are old and no longer relevant because this place is clearly not under the same Managment.

The car was so clean. Even though they were very busy, they took the time, (which wasn’t very long),to do a thorough cleaning of the vehicle. They even left little wipes. My husband got a rental from somewhere else and it was filthyThe people who work here are terrific!

I had a reservation and when I came they simply told me that there are no cars available and that they’d call me when they had one but they never did so I called them back many times for a few days but they kept telling me that they had nothing available

As a EC member I was pushed around for my holiday rental which was made in September my car was given away before I arrived for timed pick up I was told I would have to wait for a call for any returning cars and that never happened the phone call I mean my husband has been a member for many years then I joined I never had issues and never left a review but this holiday passed was was supposed to see my daughter who is in the US Navy and she was to be in Jacksonville for one day and I missed it all because I had to now wait whatever they had available and it did not fit all my family so some were left. I not sure if they read this things but i a very unhappy

Treated like a third class citizen. Over 2 hour wait. Didn't get a chance to choose a car. No option to upgrade. Couldn't go inside even though others went inside. Very rude people working there. Car is not clean. Very disappointing experience. The airport rental is much more organized during this time.

This was the worst car rental experience I have had - ever. As an Emerald Aisle customer for many years, this experience rated 0 on making the reservation, car pickup, and car return. Every single agent along the way in this experience said there was nothing they could do about it and transferred all blame to National for all of the poor service. Due to this, I cancelled my trip, turned the car back in the following day and reset my plans with a rental from a competing car rental company.I attempted to leave 0 stars, but that wasn't a valid response.

The pickup at Sunny Isles was OK but 2 out of the 3 employees behind the counter were not wearing masks, even though it is mandatory in that county. I would not go back to that location again.
