Leaving work on Friday at 18:00 then I needed to stop by PETCO my first time there, as I was looking for some beautiful creature's for my aquarium, was a nice moment headed straight to the direction where a wild aquarium located then everything was right there flying all over the water & different directions how cool is that tiny fish tini baby fish turtle all kind, yes I call a employe young man working there for help he was very helpful & take his time step by step by telling him exactly what are my favorite beautiful sea nature take time to catch them with the net but so far I picked 16 of them very expensive $60 then a food for $8, something after I exit the store I realized something is missing was my phone then I was quickly go back to the same gentleman very kind who handle my purchases then he was so nice grabbed my phone then here he go a big thank you with a smile's he said your property is safe then went back to my vehicule headed home, could not wait to set up home my aquarium then every cute creature was landed swimming happy ever after in the water. I also recommended *PETCO* to the aquarium lover's very impressive, as I entered there i felt nature i see nature i breath nature the sound of the bird's 🦜 Parrot all kind love it for reel.

Very good service, although they should explain more to the customer at the time of purchase. I bought some ferrets, which I found difficult to take care of and I called a month and 3 days after buying them to return them and I couldn't. They only have 30 days to return them, which is very little. Now it saddens me to see that the ferrets don't have the proper care.

The manager Kathy has no sense of customer service. A 6y/o kid goes to ask about his fish being sick, and she has no sense of care or explain what's going on with the fish after we purchased it less than a week ago. Is not the refund of $5. It's the sense of care about a customer. Terrible staff for such a beautiful location. What a difference from the staff in South Beach

I am so impressed with the grooming service I received for my husky. She becomes pretty difficult when it comes to the grooming experience and Sam was able to completely remove her compacted hair. I have been to a lot of groomers and none have taken as much attention and care into ensuring my dog receives the most thorough grooming experience. Sam offered clear expectations before the appointment and I left extremely impressed. This location is not the closest to my house but I will be returning thanks to Sam’s amazing services.

SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVES I WAITED IN THE LINE 45 m then the girl left and someone came to the other cashier and took everyone from behind us and we stay there for 1 hr bad bad customer service
