I have been following this eBay business for several years. They have switched their name a few times and it appears they have just changed their eBay name again. They specialize in salvage title cars, but the price do not reflect salvage title. Salvage titles typically offer a savings of 40% off dealer prices and this business typically offers little to no savings. Example, they have several X5’s for sale right now. You can easily use any car finder app and find a clean title X5 for the same price as their flooded salvage title. Also, they sell quite a bit of flooded cars. You will notice the descriptions are all the same “water level was low and only reached the bottom of the door”. News flash, salvage title cars should offer a savings...flooded cars should offer an even larger savings. Look at other negative reviews of this business. There are plenty of legit salvage title dealers online that provide strong value, this one does not.

I purchased a BMW X1 from Alex and Carol on eBay and couldn't be happier with the whole process. The price was almost $10k less than a comparable X1 from my local BMW dealer and they even gave me free delivery to Texas. The car was in mint condition, I took it to the BMW dealer for a full inspection which it passed with flying colors. I will definitely be a repeat buyer!

Purchased a 2017 MB GLE 350 as a wedding gift for my fiance, she travels a lot for her job so she does not drive it often, so after a month and half with the SUV she stated the automated hatch stopped working, I figured she was doing something wrong. A week later I contacted Alex, he told me he was not sure what it was, but to get it checked out and he would cover it 100%. I actually took it to the MB dealer who sold the car to the original owner, they had a diag fee of $295, and the cost of the repair was $770. I paid for the service b, and during that service the MB dealer said someone put the wrong battery in and it should be replaced. I contacted Alex with the invoice and he had a change of tune, he said the warranty expired because I reported it on day 62, I only had 60 days. No mention of the wrong battery. He's a great guy when he's selling you the car, but after sales service is bad. The ad said they replaced the carpet, the MB dealer said the carpet was not replaced. Seems that message is on every sale ad with water. Get an inspection before you buy or right after receipt. Buyer beware
