The level of unprofessional-ism in this place is beyond ridicules. Worst experience i have ever had in Publix the Pharmacy department is disrespectful and rude! Hands down the WORST Publix location ! they need to sharpen their customer service skills, smile a little more even if kills you and treat people more kind and have some understanding and compassion!

I could leave 0 stars I would. This has to be the only pmPublix that treat customers like an inconvenience as oppose to the reason they are in business. I am at home sick and my wife calls me asking me if I want anything from Publix. They usually have hot soups, specifically chicken noodle soup. I ask her to grab me one and of course she brings me something I did not want. I asked her why she brought me a cold panera soup when they have fresh hot soups there. She tells me that she asked a couple employees and they tell her they have no soup. Really!!!! There is soup every-time I am there. If you do want to help customers, do not work in customer service!!!

I just do not know why always the pharmacy associates treat their customers so badly. Every time I go to pick up my medicine the line is very long and even I registered my insurance on file, they ask to give information again. Also, just called and the lady over the phone was so rude and would not assist me to answer my questions about the cost and insurance.I just called another location and transfer my prescription and the men over the phone were very patient and helpful; he assisted me with all my needs and actually I am on my way to pick up my medicine.

I wish I could give this store 0 stars. It literally takes 30 minutes to get anything from the sandwich side. Or hot food or deli. One employee was complaining that their coworkers hate working the sandwich line so they screw around and pretend to be busy. What a joke

Bought 2 packs of Greenwise organic chicken legs with expiration Apr 9(today is Apr 5) one of them had a rotten smell of decomposing meat, had to throw it away. Which in it self is not the reason I'm giving a bad review, it's first time that's happened. The reason for a 2 star review is because when I tried to call and get in touch with meat department by pressing the appropriate number, their system completely ignored me. So I reached bakery and the person on the phone told me to call back and ask for customer service but there is no option in their automated system to talk to customer service. All I wanted was to warn someone about a potentially hazardous items on their shelf that could give some poor soul food poisoning.

Publix pharmacy at Skylake, customer service is very poor. Their staff is rude, inefficient, aggressive and tone of voice is intimidating. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone . It is despicable how we ,customers are being treated. It is so embarrassing.

Horrible service! Even if they text you that your medicine is ready to pick up they take an hour to hand it over. You can have an appointment and they would still fail to see you on time. Really disorganized, poorly managed

the service is terrible, they tell you that the medication will be ready in an hour and you come back 4 hours later and they leave you waiting, they treat you with disrespect, I don't advise it, if you want to buy some medication or have it done, it's better to go to the CVS or Wallgrrens

I can't believe I just had half of my cart full of groceries and then this guy told me that I should put my dog under the cart when there's not even space for them to even sit, so he told me to put paper under my dog and I did it, last he called me a manager and make me leave the store with my cart almost full of groceries! Lmaoo you guys are disgusting! You need to train you employees better!

I have had problems in the past with this pharmacy with long wait times for ugently need medications for my husband. I have had test messages that the prescription was ready only to have to wait an hour at the store and also have not received text messages/updates on pending prescriptions. I gave them another chance because walgreens pharmacy is disturbingly inept. Today to a spoke to a female pharmacy tech that was rude with an attitude, unhelpful. I am in healthcare, I would not recommend this pharmacy.

The guy named Kevin has always given attitude to me and now I sent someone else to pick up my items and he also gave an attitude to her too. I thought it was just me but I guess not. I always have issues with prescriptions not been ready even after I do them online. I already called my doctor and I’m Moving my prescriptions to CVS starting next month. Save the trip and pick a different place

I was mistakenly charged when Rx should have been covered by Medicaid earlier in the month. Clerk and manager verified my claim and promptly refunded money. Polite and efficient customer service.

Great publix. Bakery helped me get together for my friends birthday. We got a cake and some balloons. They stayed open until the last 5 min for us and were extremely helpful. Parking is also easy. Would definitely come here again. No long lines
