Yesterday I bought these 2 items but when I got home I realized that one was missing, I did nothing more than take the bag out of the car and go straight up to my room, so I stayed calm and decided to come back the next day. I asked them to check the cameras since I am 100% sure that the cashier forgot to put the item in the bag, the manager very kindly checked the cameras, but the cameras do not show the detail because the cashier, I left very disappointed and I only recommend that you look carefully at your purchases since you never know if you can be a victim of a petty robbery where the employees know the cameras and know how to do it so as not to get caught.

If you are a Ross customer, after visiting this store you’ll never be again. Why do they allow a store abandoned totally empty with all the merchandise dirty, bad bad staff, mega expensive comparing with other locations. Everything damaged and no merchandise. Is like if everything they could not sell in other ross go here
