This is a Starbucks I love going back to. It feels almost like home. I am always greeted with a smile and my name. If the drink is not perfect they are always willing to fix it. There is a new employee with first letter J that is an absolute sweetheart. He can’t do enough. He is polite, courteous and an asset to the Starbucks brand. I love meeting friends, neighbors and students there. It never disappoints and you know what to expect. And the wifi is good too. I keep going back for more Starbucks goodness.

Nothing out of the ordinary for Starbucks service. Everything would've been fine if the music wasnt so damn loud. Wanted to sit and have a a few minutes of peace with a cup of Joe, had to listen to some chick singing at the top of her lungs.

Employees and managers have no idea of how to ring up an order properly. Want less syrup on your coffee? Thats an extra charge because they ring it up as extra syrup!

I try not to really spend money on Starbucks if I can avoid it but they definitely make the experience great enough to keep coming back! everyone is so friendly! I accidentally ordered two location that wasn’t the one I needed to pick up from that was out of my way. I called them and requested that they cancel it. They told me that I should be able to go to anyone and get my items replaced. I came to this location on 1/35 and they refuse to do so, and wanted to charge me, I had my order on hand and they refused to replace the items which is terrible customer service because it’s still one company. The orignal location said they couldn’t cancel. It’s too pricey too have these issues

I love Starbucks but unfortunately this location could use a "refresher" as far as CUSTOMER SERVICE goes. I live literally 2 seconds from this location and STILL drive to the one inside the Target down the street. The younger associates really take away from the experience.. talking loud and carrying on about nonsense that has no business in a workplace.. its every time

I ordered on the mobile app. Stood patiently inside the store for 10 minutes after the expected completion time. Watched one employee bully another while the 3rd employee, making my drinks, watched and laughed at the bullying. All while, I found out 10 minutes later, my drink apparently sat behind the counter done but forgotten about so, by the time I got it, it was all gross and watered down!! So, unless you are looking for drama and bad atmosphere, I don't recommend this location. Terrible!
