Staff members take forever to finish with customers, stalling right before closing having pointless conversations that have nothing to do with the customer needs. Came in too return a phone as a trade in, I waited 40 minutes just to get told their label machine doesn't work. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went in today with my damaged phone. Wait was not long, was serviced by a gentleman called Will. WILL WAS AMAZING. He was extremely knowledgeable, I had a very unique phone situation. He was patient and very kind. I am so grateful for his service.

I was assisted by Romancito in switching services and purchasing a new phone. There was a problem with the prior server and I had to drive about a block away. They were giving me a hard time and what do you know Romancito got in his car, drove over to my rescue! He stayed with me until I had everything I needed to get started with my new phone. He transferred all my info from previous phone. Thanks Romancito for your outstanding service.

Will provided exceptional customer service. We are existing T-Mobile customers and came in with a question about our bill and home internet. Will thoroughly reviewed our account and was able to get us T-Mobile’s top plan bundled with home internet for the same priceas our existing plan and internet. Well run and clean store, and don’t forget to ask for Will.

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE unless if you want to be scammed. The manager will make you have the worst experience. She is very rude and unprofessional, she doesn’t consider the customer as an human. I went there and she offered me a promotion and made me sign in the tablet. And a few days later, I found out that my bill was double than what she told me it will be ! How can you wake up and look at yourself in the mirror ?You take advantage of weak people.And please don’t answer to this review like you answer everybody with your hypocrisy because you know you don’t care !STAY AWAY AND PLEASE T MOBILE CHANGE YOUR MANAGEMENT, you deserve better than this

The worst place to go !! I had a very bad experience, there is nothing but liars and scammers. I don’t understand how a big company like t mobile employ such a bad team to take care of the customers. The manager is a very bad exemple for the team and NICK COSTA will tell you everything you want to hear just to make you sign and take his poor $$$ bonus. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I’ll never go back !

Came in this morning and was service by a guy name “Will” who is working there! Guy seems to have a big attitude and doesn’t know anything I asked him about the iPhone 14! Needs to learn how to talk to a customer before someone really punch him in the mouth!
