The store lacks sufficient cash registers, customer service is inadequate, and merchandise is not clean. Additionally, the restrooms are unsanitary. I would only patronize this establishment when I require an item urgently that cannot be purchased online. To compete effectively, you must enhance your in-store customer experience. Furthermore, you are missing the Caffeine Free Coke Zero product.

Although this Target is often understaffed. I found that there was only 2 employees at the register which prompted me to get into the self checkout line - which happened to be moving so fast.
Nayca who l often see managing the front of the store made my wait swift and painless.
She deserves a raise! She commitment to finding the product I couldn’t find made me rethink going to Walmart for my needs.

This is the worst store to call for information…I have try many time to call the pharmacy’s and even try to call HHR… to see if I can talk to someone on the store no one answer the phone….bad business experience…I have to put a start because other wise I can’t comment but they don’t deserve any start, also the maneger should get fire for not managing the way it should.

Alexis, the woman who processed my return, behaved in a rude and offensive manor. I returned a docking station that I'd never opened and only bought a few days earlier as I ended up not needing it. I told her I hadn't opened it. She decides to act as if I were lying, pulls out a box cutter and opens the box. I repeated again I hadn't opened it and she tells me it's store policy to open returned items. I've returned electronics before and this is the first time I've experienced it. She then proceeds to unpack the device, seeks out the serial number on the device to compare it to what was on the box. Again, in front of me and without beginning the process of issuing the refund. When she was satisfied that I apparently wasn't a liar, she puts the device back into the box and puts a damage sticker on it.
As she's doing this, I'm asking how does this make sense? Now she can't sell it anymore, all because she treated me like I was some kind of liar, the store now can't resell the $120 device. If more of your employees behaved like this woman, it would account for your stock value dropping this week. While she was never verbally rude to me, her behavior left a bad taste in my mouth about Target. It was truly offensive.
I'm very disappointed with this experience and hope you do a better job of training Alexis. The whole experience was truly offensive and it was clear to me she didn't care how offended I was. As someone that pays attention to the retail industry for my career, this would make for a compelling case study to explain Target's recent earnings call -- poor customer service that deters formerly loyal customers plus a policy that sees the company suffering losses when a brand new, unopened electronic device is returned only for your customer service person to deem it necessary to both open it and then mark it damaged because she opened it.

One of my favorite Target's ever! Amazing selection and stock, and the store's overall cleanliness was exceptional. Excellent, smooth checkout experience, and friendly cashiers and guest service associates! Looks like it was recently renovated and looks so modern. Would come back again!
