Wow. Real lack of customer service at this branch. I went in to make a deposit. The teller was having a problem with the previous customer. That customer was leaving and tried to tell the teller that there was a problem. He did not respond so the customer simply walked out. I then handed my cash to the teller. He asked me 3 times if this was my account. I answered yes each time. He stared at me. The teller then smirked and stated that I had to stand there and not move because he was going to count the money using a machine about five feet away from where he was standing. What is wrong with customer service at this branch? Why treat a customer in a rude manner. How about a "good morning" or "Hello, how may I help you?" I am brining you money to deposit. I am not asking for money from someone else's account. Maybe the management needs to remember that we are customers and begin to treat us as such.

I came to this location today to open a business account, they hispanic manager told me the system is down, then I ask him all bank? He reply fast yes but annoyed, his co worker just smile. I can tell he was lying and don’t want to help me to open an account. The guy is seating on the middle desk to the left side. Worst customer service, and that guy have some issues!!

This is definitely the most convenient office in Miami. The staff is very helpful. Alexander always goes the extra mile to make sure all of ours business needs are being met. A++ to this location. Is always convenient how easy is to make appointments and get in contact with someone at the branch. THANK YOU TD BANK Miami Gardens !

THE MOST INCONVENIENT BANK! Just closed my account because I came in and waited 1 hour to take money out of my account. There was an employee flirting with a customer at the ATM for over 20 minutes! How are you flirting during bank hours when there is a bank full of customers waiting to be serviced?

I had an issue with my auto loan at Td Bank. I sat with the manager Robert Placer and couldn’t have been happier, he listened to my issue. Got on the phone, it took a little bit of time but you can tell he knew what he was doing. In 45 min he fixed the issue I have been dealing with customer service for over 2 months. Thank you for Robert, I am bringing my husband and opening our accounts with you.

they are so slow omg! I have been waiting for more than an hour and half to do such a simple procedure.???Roberto doesn’t have any education for customers. He told me in front of everyone that if I didn't want to wait, I can close the account and change banks.Seriously ???I closed my account at td bank thanks to Roberto, and I will tell all my friends to do it!train the staff ASAP!if you want to waste your time, come here!

Robert is very unprofessional left me on hold for over 45 mins, I had to call from a different phone in order to be helped and still on hold.. I don’t recommend this bank at all will soon close my account. I’ve been waiting for a verification letter since Feb 1st, I was told it use to take 3-5 business days but due to everyone requesting this letter it would take 5-7 buisness days today is Monday Feb 20th and no one has reached out to me and every time I call everyone seems to be lost and tells me there going to request it. Robert left me on hold never got back to the phone and I was told he was gone for the day. I’m so frustrated been requesting this letter since January 16th over the phone, went into the branch Feb 1st and still nothing….. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!

Service is super slow and the ATM inside the bank is never working. Super inconvenient. There was only one teller at the desk and one teller at the drive thru. A simple 5 minute interaction takes 15-20. Please add more staff.
