Bad service, it wasn't even closing time, I was already inside the warehouse and they didn't allow me to grab what I needed. The staff were desperate for people to come out.

I recently had the worst customer service experience at a retail store, all thanks to a new employee named Judith. From the moment I arrived, Judith was already displaying a rude and unprofessional attitude toward the customer before me, speaking negatively about them in a loud and condescending manner, unfortunately, the situation only worsened when it was my turn to be helped.
I approached Judith to return an item, and right away, she greeted me with the same nasty, disrespectful attitude. It was clear she had no interest in assisting me. When I tried to return my item, she flat-out refused to help and made it obvious she didn’t want to deal with me. I decided to avoid further conflict by going to compete the return in jewelry dept and purchasing my new item there as well. However, Judith wasn’t done. She went out of her way to sabotage my transaction, telling me that the jewelry associate would not be checking me out and that she’d make sure of it. As I was being helped in jewelry, she even called over there to prevent me from completing my purchase, but thankfully no one answered her calls.
On my way out of the store, Judith was rolling her eyes at me, laughing in a mocking way. I told her that if she continued with her rude behavior, she’d find herself without a job. Instead of apologizing or correcting her attitude, Judith just laughed in my face and shooed me off, telling me she didn’t care because she’d be leaving for the day soon anyway.
After this, I decided to complain in store and I spoke to the assistant manager since the store manager, Maria, was unavailable. To my shock, all three of the employees I spoke with acknowledged Judith’s behavior and mentioned that they had received numerous complaints about her in the short time she’d been working there.
Judith clearly lacks the basic respect and professionalism required to work in customer service. Her rude, dismissive attitude is unacceptable, and it’s obvious that she should not be interacting with customers. If she can’t treat customers kindly and professionally, she needs to work behind the scenes. I hope management takes the necessary steps to either train her or find a better fit for her in the store.
This was an incredibly disappointing experience, and I hope no one else has to endure the same disrespect and poor service that I did.

Found shoes on clearance rack that weren’t marked down but had the same pair next to it in a different size with the markdown. We went to check out with both shoes so they could reference the markdown from the other shoe Charmaine L. was so aggressive and rude when explaining the shoes were “different” when they were not. I work in fashion and know my products and i will not be returning to this store.

I purchased the sandals from TJ Max on April 6th. I wore them twice. That day and again today. They popped today so I decided to call and find out if I could return for a store credit or something. The guy I spoke said if I did not have the ticket or receipt they may not help me but come anyway and speak to a manager. Of course, I followed his advice and showed up to the store and spoke with Biana. She said if I don’t have the receipt then nothing she can do, so when I get the rest we can talk.. I said really! I showed her the bill from the bank and she said no because she needed the receipts. I told her that’s shame because I did not want any money back, but I bet if it was a person like her, she would accept it. She walked away and I said I will be writing a review she said ok. Her attitude showed me that I will never spend another dime of my hard earned money in TJ Max again because the service is horrible.. TJ Max in North Miami Beach, FL in Skylake. She was so rude and did not even seem the least bit interested to hear me.

The best TJ Maxx in all of Florida!
It is where I have found the best things and with the lowest prices, there is a lot of parking, the store is safe and clean, I have been able to visit all their stores in Miami and I have no doubt that this is the best!

If I could I’d give this worker a 0 review…I’ve never had such lousy service at TJ MAXX This lady kept talking g to her friend fir quite a while, when I returned to buy my purse she told me I couldn’t pay for it there and hat to go to the line, I said it’s an accessory and I’ve done it on others stores… she said no and continued talking to her friend. As I stood in the long line she kept talking!

Could not find a leash for my dog in the pet section,lines for cashier are always very long, sometimes it is easier to just leave the store than to make the journey to the long wait in line,If you want a quick in and out of this store, go very early.

Although some of the branded items at TJ Maxx are seriously out of date, they always have some good products and bargains.The part on children and home décor is excellent. There's also an excellent hat section. Although their luggage deals aren't very spectacular, their associates are friendly and provide good customer service. They had COVID-19 safety measures in place.While I would still prefer to buy at a mall, this store is undoubtedly the greatest backup alternative.
