They should let their employees ( the Brazilian one) know that it is completely unprofessional for them to be discussing politics with the customers. It’s unacceptable for them to try and force a conservative opinion on them while they’re just trying to check out.

Awful experience at TJ Maxx! I tried returning a rug I bought there, with both my email and paper receipt as proof, but three employees insisted it wasn’t from their store. They made me feel crazy, claiming with certainty it was from somewhere else. The manager was rude, dismissive, and had no knowledge of their own inventory. Horrible customer service—I won’t be shopping here again
