“My insurance progressive sent three drivers from Alpine to tow my car which was inside my building garage. It wasn’t until they sent a fourth driver, Tirso Abreu that they were able to take the car. Only he, was willing to work harder to get it out. He even left after an hour to the yard to pick up additional supplies and came back to make sure he got it out and took the car to the dealership. His attitude and hard rock made it happen.”

“Excellent experience not once but twice! First, our Nissan Rogue transmission went out. For most, a bad transmission is a major concern. Where do you even begin? So glad we came to Transmissio Pro and spoke to Mike. He sat us down and went over our options, clearly stating the details of each option and costs associated. We made our decision and Mike went to work on it. Before you know, we get a call to come pick up the Rogue. We drove it and it was perfect ?
Just called in again as the transmission went out on my Ford. Again, Mike gathered the information he needed, he made some calls and he found that my transmission was still covered by my extended warranty (which I had purchased when I bought my used car from Ford). In my mind, that warranty had already expired (it expires in less than 3 weeks!) How happy was I when Mike called me back to tell me I was covered under warrantyfrom Ford and to have it towed there! If I could leave 10 Stars I would! If you have an issue with your transmission, or any other vehicle service you may need, do not hesitate to call!

“I booked the tow truck the night before. John, who took my call was kind enough to schedule a timely pickup and the price was very fair. I had called other towing companies whose prices were insane. That said, Charlie, the tow truck driver came earlier than the time he was supposed to be here. A very nice gentleman, who was pleasant and very kind. He got the car hooked up and we rode off as I had to get the car back after it got fixed. The trip to the shop was pleasant as both of us had a very nice conversation on the way. Got to the shop, Charlie put my car exactly where the shop asked him to and that was that. I will definitely be calling this company again in the future if need be. A very nice experience. They have the combination of towing and repair. The guys were able to tow my car after the flood in the middle of the night without keys, transferred it to the body shop and all the workers were very responsive and responsible, helping me with some suggestions and recommendations.
My flooded car was totaled by insurance and I came by with my new car to install the dash cam, which was successfully done in short amount of time.
