“My insurance progressive sent three drivers from Alpine to tow my car which was inside my building garage. It wasn’t until they sent a fourth driver, Tirso Abreu that they were able to take the car. Only he, was willing to work harder to get it out. He even left after an hour to the yard to pick up additional supplies and came back to make sure he got it out and took the car to the dealership. His attitude and hard rock made it happen.”

I called ahead and was told the wait would be 45 minutes to an hour—and they were right on time. They inspected and repaired the tire quickly, and had my car ready in about 15–30 minutes after that. “Excellent experience not once but twice! First, our Nissan Rogue transmission went out. For most, a bad transmission is a major concern. Where do you even begin? So glad we came to Transmissio Pro and spoke to Mike. He sat us down and went over our options, clearly stating the details of each option and costs associated. We made our decision and Mike went to work on it. Before you know, we get a call to come pick up the Rogue. We drove it and it was perfect ?
Just called in again as the transmission went out on my Ford. Again, Mike gathered the information he needed, he made some calls and he found that my transmission was still covered by my extended warranty (which I had purchased when I bought my used car from Ford). In my mind, that warranty had already expired (it expires in less than 3 weeks!) How happy was I when Mike called me back to tell me I was covered under warrantyfrom Ford and to have it towed there! If I could leave 10 Stars I would! If you have an issue with your transmission, or any other vehicle service you may need, do not hesitate to call!

They have the combination of towing and repair. The guys were able to tow my car after the flood in the middle of the night without keys, transferred it to the body shop and all the workers were very responsive and responsible, helping me with some suggestions and recommendations.
My flooded car was totaled by insurance and I came by with my new car to install the dash cam, which was successfully done in short amount of time.
