⚠️⚠️⚠️ They charged double of the price!!! I gave back with more gas than it had when I took the truck but still they changed for gas and fuel fee! I had to call customer service to ask they take the charges. They charge you $20 more if you don’t download the app to do the checkout, and if you complain that they didn’t tell me about that, they say that is in the contract. They don’t care if you tell them that you were trusting them when they say to just put the key in that place when returning. We never ready contract and we trust in what they are saying BUT WITH COMPANIES LIKE THIS CAN NOT TRUST OR YOU WILL LOOSE MONEY! ⚠️⚠️⚠️

Attention!!! Fraudulent location!!! They are extremely sloppy!!! They overcharge you with mileage and gas!!! Keep your eye on them in case you have to rent from them!! Better pick any other location!!! FRAUDS FRAUDS FRAUDS!!!!

Way understaffed. The wait to rent a reserved truck was over an hour with only 4 people in front of me. I'm sure the people behind me waited over 90 minutes. Also expensive!

This place almost got me and my sister killed. Friday 10/11/2024 They attached one of their 5x8 trailer to our car. 4 hours into our trip into Kissimmee the trailer dis-attached from the car, being held on with just a chain. It had us pulled all over the highway almost causing an accident and flipping us over in the ditch. We called their roadside assistance who left us on the side of the road from 5:30 to 10:00pm. They they told us if we were towed back to uhaul to fix the hitch, they would charge us for a new or repaired hitch. They almost killed us and tried to make us pay for our deaths. Luckily after waiting on the side of the road in the dark for 5 hours the tow truck driver had the means to fix the hitch "for free". IF ANY LAWYER READS THIS AND FEELS LIKE WE HAVE A CASE. Please reach out to us. I have photos and contact information of the road ranger, the officer that stopped and the towing company that fixed Uhauls deadly error.

Someone they works there stole items,they used a box cutter and opened my boxes and resealed them with tape I didn't used and put him in boxes I didn't purchase,stole a TV and mattress,be careful using them

They did not communicate with me at all. I made a reservation for the 29th and didn't get it until the 1st. Each time they changed my pick-up time, and I tried to pick it up, it was canceled or unavailable. Then when it's finally ready I'm on my way to pick it up and I call to make sure it ready I'm told that someone else who has a reservation at the same time could take it. I told them I was supposed to get the truck days ago. There's no way they can give it away. Thankfully, he said he would make sure I got it. Then we go to pick up the truck, they don't put the equipment on the truck. I have to do that, and they gave instruction as to where the truck was, but that's it. I booked the truck for two days and they only gave me one.

The staff is rude and extremely unprofessional, when I got there they told they have no internet and they forced me to download the app, they had absolutely no respect for my time and didn’t make any effort to help or make things easier

My husband's work car was stolen from this U-Haul parking lot, inside the parking lot. U-Haul denied us access to the security footage and treated us as rudely as if we were the criminals. We rent vehicles from you every week, and you just lost a customer. Terrible service, zero security.

Don't go here if you need to install a hitch. Don't try to schedule it online - nobody works with the online reservation here.
But even if you here in person and schedule an appointment - the result will be the same.
I've been here on 6/8 and scheduled an appointment for 6/20 at 4:45pm. But the guy, who is supposed to install the hitches said that he will not do it, because in requires 3 hours and he has only 2:15 left till the end of his shift.
Nobody is responsible here for anything, other than just get the money and sell you something directly from the shop.
I've lost 1 full day of my payments at my work and get 0 service.

First made me look for the truck all around the parking lot, I would recommend to take the customer to where their truck is, not to send the customer into a parking lot that has hundreds of trucks that look the same. Second, I drove less that 20 miles, I didn’t even use half a quarter of the gas tank and they charged me $30 for this. Ridiculous.
