I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable behavior and poor customer service I recently experienced at your 791 NE 167th St location in North Miami Beach, FL. On 5/15/25, I interacted with a pharmacy technician named Antoine, and I was deeply disappointed by the way I was treated as a RN calling to check on the status of my patient’s medications.
Antoine was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout our interaction. Rather than providing assistance or addressing my concerns with courtesy, he spoke to me in a condescending tone and made me feel like a burden for asking basic questions about my client’s prescription. His attitude was not only unhelpful but also disrespectful and entirely inappropriate for someone in a customer-facing role, especially in a healthcare setting where professionalism and empathy are essential.
I expect better from Walgreens, a company many have trusted for their pharmaceutical needs. This experience has left me questioning whether I can continue to rely on this location for my client’s prescriptions.
I request that this matter be looked into seriously and that appropriate action be taken to ensure no other customers are subjected to such treatment. Please confirm that this complaint has been received and advise on any follow-up steps

I do agree that the wait time is way too long but I only go when Idlie is there!!! She works very hard to make sure my son Alfred gets his medication and she's ALWAYS polite and patient.... especially since we notice that there are a lot of customers who are rude and impatient!! I want to thank you Idlie for taking such good care of us!!¡!!!?

Great staff! I loved the vibe and Jasmin was super cool. I'm a guy who likes his manicures and pedicures. Hadn't had one in quite some time (poor Jasmine!) and she did an excellent job. Clean and pleasant environment. Definitely a repeat customer

This pharmacy has the worse customer service. The pharmacy manager Natasha Myers , she doesn't know about customer service she is rude unprofessional she doesn't have customer service. She needs training how to deal with customer service, how to be professional, I don't she can learn those skills. How Walgreens can have someone like her representing the company. She should be fire she should be doing something else except working with customer. I did file a formal complaint with Walgreens I hope my complaint goes to the right people and they training this woman or replace her

Worst service ever, if I could give them 0 stars I would. The pharmacist is very rude. My doctor placed an order for medication, I went twice and they didn't have it \"because they couldn't find the order\", my doctor placed it again and I went again and nothing, then my doctor put it in another Walgreens and they gave it immediately . On the other hand, I went to get some vaccines that I need a week ago and they only had one of the 3 and the girl at the pharmacy made me an order for the other two, I went to get it a week later and she tells me that they don't have it and that they never ordered it for me, wasting my time and gas. If you can go somewhere else, please save yourselves the bad time. El peor servicio de todos, si pudiera darles 0 estrellas lo haría. La farmacéutica es muy grosera. Mi doctor puso una orden de medicamentos, fui 2 veces y no los tenían “porque no encontraban la orden”, mi doctor la volvió a colocar y fui otra vez y nada, luego mi doctor la puso en otro Walgreens y me lo dieron de inmediato. Por otro lado, fui a ponerme unas vacunas que necesito hace una semana y solo tenían una de la 3 y la chica de la farmacia me hizo una orden de las otras dos, fuí a ponérmela una semana después y me dice que no la tienen y que ellos nunca la ordenaron por mi, haciendo perder mi tiempo y mi gas. Si pueden ir a otro lugar, por favor ahórrense el mal momento.
