Terrible customer service I have tried to send overnight Fedex Guy who was in charge told me there is no envelopes or boxes or neither labels I could use. Stay way from this one.

The drive thru shouldn't take over 30 minutes to get my prescription the lady has said over and over I'll be with you in a moment and now 30 minutes have passed this is absurd you need to up your staff in the pharmacy

Using the “square” they have in the pharmacy area I created my appointment, I was waiting for 30 minutes and no one called me, when I asked thanks God a lady inside told me I got to do the scanning of the square twice, one to register and then for the check-in. One hour waiting because they said the person needed to prep for the Covid test. I picked the expensive one thinking that it would be better done. They called me to say my insurance didn’t cover it and by the face hopping I would say that then I was not going to do it. What a surprise….i had to do it myself and the person that was preparing the test … the guy was there at the window all the time with the worst attitude ever, tendering medicine to the line of other poor people like me that were there in a super long line. Why they have to lie about the test preparation and why is so expensive when I have to do it myself. I have no idea of what to do or how to properly do it. What a ripoff!!!!

They have to do a better job at this pharmacy. Utterly disgusting. Almost an hour waiting for one prescription. Whether you in the drive thru or inside. No regards for people. I'm switching to another pharmacy, hopefully it's better but this place is horrible. I wish they had zero stars. Pathetic.

So yesterday Jan 8 2024 I went to pick up 3 prescriptions and they were ready when I got to get my medicine he said all 3 was ready for me come to find out only 2 was ready I picked up those too and the last one I was told that it would be ready today Jan 9 at 11am today but when I got there they said it would not be ready till 4. Get it together Walgreens.

The worst Walgreens, terrible service today, November 23, 2024, they had me waiting in the media department for 15 minutes and then a guy in normal clothes came out, he seems to be the manager, tall white, somewhat chubby, to tell me not today to come back tomorrow without giving me a reason. some, when they had already served more people, SUPER RACIST

It is disrespectful that they close the doors at 11:50 pm and the supervisor says that it is closed when they have a schedule until 12 am and I had an emergency to buy some medicine... I will never return... respect their schedules

So Rude, I went to see if I can get a replacement insulin pen because my mother left hers in canada, they said they are about to go to lunch at 2pm and it was 1:20pm and I should come back after 2pm
And I never knew walgreens pharmacy closes at that time so early thats crazy

Natasha the pharmacist is the most cruel and disgusting human being. Tara, Chris and Natasha treated and ignored me like I was the scum of the earth. All I was trying to do was pick up my script. I received texts that my prescription was ready. I called prior to coming to make sure it was because I had came a week before and was told my script was never sent. That was a lie! It was sitting there for a week. They refused to give me my script over and over. This is beyond dangerous an a serious health hazard for their patients. They could care less! I tried to explain that my script was there and I came a week prior and they were extremely rude and hostile, yelling at me, talking over me and would walk away and leave me sitting there for 30 mins. I was in distraught and had so much anxiety at this point. No one would help me! Then I had to go inside because I was given the wrong script! The manager of the store had to help me because they completely ignored me at this point all because I was picking up my script that I was told was ready? Beyond unprofessional and just completely foul on their end. I wish no one gets treat like I did. Or have to go through what I experienced. It was truly traumatic.

To make specific purchases without much delay and with variety, it is the ideal store, there are days with great offers and if you go in for one product you leave with 5 more. I love it.
