They dis not want to service me. The male refuse to get me any help I told them I couldn't see , I lost a contact and I had my prescription. He still was very rude and racial profiling at it's best. He didn't try to help me with my eyes and no way! I'm very disappointed and hurt!

The staff is helpful and friendly even though they are understaffed (as many places these days) and many showed up at the same time. They answered all my questions, they don’t accept my insurance but I got a very nice pair of glasses and readers for a very good price, anyways my insurance only provides a discount where accepted. I liked the lens and frame warranty offered there. Like many errands one has to do these days, one just go check what you like, be patient if it is a little busy and when you are ready to buy, the employees assist finding a frame that fits you nicely as per your prescriptions. Great value for quality and look! I definitely will come back because they get new frame designs from time to time too.

I do not recommend this place for eye exams. Save yourself a bad time interacting with the receptionist who attended me. go to another Walmart or another place. For $76 you can get a more decent test report. the one they give you in that place is worse than the one they give you for free in the malls

My first experience at Walmart vision & glasses was absolutely terrifying. There was literally no one there and as I first walk in front of the front desk I approach Justine (African American or Haitian with dreads). She was on her phone watching social media video in a work place of Walmart. I asked for a eye exam that was supposedly 75$ ended up becoming 150$ without the glasses. Her whole attitude was so negative as if she didn't want to be here. As I confronted her about the charges she said it was a misunderstanding I was so confused and felt as if I was scammed, that Miami for you. By all mean do not come here for glasses please go somewhere else unless you want to be ripped off.

The vision center has the most incompetent people ever. I was there a little over a week ago so my 2 daughters can have their glasses before school started. I was told they would give me a call if there was any issues and it will be about a week. I never received a call saying anything I call back spoke to one if their employees named Edgar not only did they cancel one of my orders, they also lost the other one. When I asked about the manager I was told she was not there and the person who may have assisted me was from another location and he didn't know who may have helped me. Not only did Edgar offered no assist he was very rude and tried to make it seem like it was my fault. I don't work for Walmart so how would I know what the procedures are. NEVER AGAIN!!! I would advise everybody go somewhere else. Walmart vision center in North Miami Beach should really look into re-hiring people that are knowledgeable and also willing to help their PAYING customers.

Lost my glasses at the beach, came to get a simple eye exam. 2/3 employees were nice but there was one lady who was rude for no reason, and it wasn't just me, she had a sour attitude towards everyone even to people who were just asking a simple question no eye contact and overall bad attitude. She had even charged me and the next patient for the wrong things. I'm sorry to anyone who lives here and has to deal with her all the time.

I went there like almost 2 months, paid almost $200 for the contact lenses examination, and prescription, the doctor had a family business and left for 2 weeks, I was waiting for my prescription, when finally he gave me my prescription he forgot my special request for the contact lens, I have 2 weeks trying to order my lenses, my order was canceled two times because the doctor didn’t answer the phone to clarify and approve the prescription, honestly I waist my time and I will ask for a refund.

They’re so rude and incompetent. The one gentleman doesn’t speak and/or understand English. So after he tells you to sit down over there a rude woman comes out and rudely says sit over there. Don’t bother. They should be sit down. Look at all the others reviews

Terrible service. I visited the location 3/16/19 and both employees were extremely unprofessional.

Extreme incompetence does not even begin to describe this location. I got my eyes tested for contact lenses and glasses. For some reason, on my contacts lens prescription, the doctor did not distinguish which was the right eye and which was for the left eye. When I called on 1/27/2015 at 12:49 p.m. to clarify, I was told that they could not find a record of my visit. I spoke to an older man who was extremely rude. He proceeded to tell me that I was not reading the prescription properly. I have been wearing contact lenses for fifteen years so I am well aware of how to read the prescription properly. He then told me would transfer my call then hung up. When I called back, he somehow learned how to use a computer and found me in the system. He then began to read off the prescription for my GLASSES. He mistakenly read my prescription as "-4.50 -75x105". When I told him that the information he was giving me did not match what was on the prescription, he got even ruder. I am appalled that a person with no idea how to treat customers is the one who is in charge of answering the phone.

8/16/16 The man who is supposed to put me in their system for my glasses order was very rude and kept giving me attitude when i was just asking simple questions like "what's the total cost?" "What day will the glasses be ready?" Etc. Since he had failed to tell me.
