I can't tell you how sick and tired I am of the unprofessionalism and rudeness of the people who work here. Every time I come to this store I get made to feel like I'm bothering somebody. Staff rolling their eyes at me. Because they have to do their job. They're almost yelling at me. I'm tired of it. I have to drive to the Walmart in Pines just to have good customer service because I can never find anything at that Walmart, no one will help me and when I do find someone to help me they roll their eyes and don't want to help me. One time a person told me that they don't even have time and proceeded to talk about me with their co-worker in creol thinking that I wouldn't understand. I don't know how they give these people. Someone needs to do something cause I'm sick and tired of it.I'm leaving the store in a bad mood all because someone is just rude and nasty. The customer service is just disgusting.This walmart needs to be gutted.

It's getting worse; they force you to use the cash register, making you waste time.
The staff is very rude and violent.

I went to the electronics sector to look for notebooks, cell phones, and headphones. The service is bad, they are not at all cordial or friendly. They didn't have any of the 3 computers I chose. I don't know why they display what they don't have.
The rest of the store is fine. Wide variety of products. And the prices are good. They should review and improve the sale of technology

The associates are not happy with their position at the money center the guy is in a lazy position assisting customers not friendly at all rude with an attitude calling “NEXT !” it’s how may I assist the next customer or guest with a friendly attitude and smile not leaning on the counter, before this the electronics associate's same way don’t want to assist walked right away when said excuse me can I ask you a question about the laptops. WOW WALMART managers see this and say nothing to correct the issues.

I love to go to Walmart. But this one disappoints with unfriendly staff that just always seem to not be around, INSANELY long lines on avg (regardless of time of day) & just a sense of overall lowlife people gravitating there. You can definitely shop here and get what you want, just be aware of the above mentioned.

I witnessed a staff member concerning comment in the checkout line. She made a biased remark about the new president, saying "We all have to go back" with profanity, targeting immigrants. This behavior creates a hostile environment and must be addressed. I urge you to take immediate action to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all customers. Please investigate and provide training to prevent such incidents. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

I was buying a hairdryer and the slide door was closed, clicked the "assistance" button but no one showed up. Even asked an employee if they worked there and they said no and walked away. Very disrespectful. After that we got a nice lady to assist us. Not the best could be better
