10/10. My husband and I called a few repair shops to get a quote on repairing my son’s cracked iPad screen and were quoted double what we paid. Leo is very knowledgeable, friendly and the repair was super fast. We were told by several other companies that it would take a week or so, but he got it done the same day. The service was top tier and the deals are unbeatable. Save yourself the hassle of shopping around, you won’t be disappointed.

The company is very professional and very sneaky. They are nice but they try and act like the customer is an idiot. They will try to replace working parts so that they can rack up the price. They will not give you a quote and just do the job expecting you to pay for the over priced work. It will end up being cheaper for you to buy a new appliance. Stay away! There are plenty of appliance repair companies. Don't bang your head against the wall because you used these guys. Hope this saves a lot of people from the headache they will get hiring this company.

I went to this guy because he was willing to come back to the shop at 11pm one night to fix my phone. It was also black owned. Keep in mind I was also up charged.. I was happy when he fixed my phone because I was without a phone for a whole week. Immediately when walking out of the shop I seen a line going through the phone and I didn’t mind cause I figured it’ll go away which it did. Then as I got home I showered, I always bring my phone in the bathroom since I got the phone and this night the camera had water drops in it.. which was weird to me.. but I again ignored it because that was such small problems when I just went forever without a phone. So now the phone is shutting off randomly and every time it shuts off it’s calling the emergency number.. and it’s always turning orange.. Also the screen jumps 23.5 hours of the day .I contact the owner and he decided no to respond to me so a few days later I contact him again giving him the benefit of the doubt that he may be a busy guy. So I decided to call him he clearly read it cause he was able to tell me what I text him he just decided not to answer.. So he proceeds to tell me it may be water damage and they don’t fix water damage.. I asked wouldn’t you have seen it was water damaged when you opened the phone up. Because it’s been weird since I got it back.. he then said if I came back it would be $40 because he has to pay his worker.. I already paid you to fix my phone and I feel like you need to look at it.. I said ok and we mutually ended the call.. I started getting annoyed and decided to text him when will he be in so that he can look at my phone to properly diagnose it.. he ignored me.. I recently went to someone else and it wasn’t water damage. It was a faulty screen.. which I know he knew.
Response: Now you know dang on well you ain’t say not to bring my phone in the bathroom. I never said I got my phone fixed at Apple. I got my phone fixed at another shop. Which stated that my phone did not have water damage It was a faulty screen. On the back of the
door states I have 30 days of warranty 30 days had not passed yet so if I’m asking you to look at the phone to confirm that it’s what you diagnosed it with then you should have done just that. Instead, you ignored me when I asked when can I come in? What needs to be investigated?
I text you on July 17, which was approximately three days after my appointment. You did not answer the text. So I decided to call you a couple days later Which you replied stating that the phone may have water damage And that I would have to pay your employee $40 For a restock fee. The conversation ended. I text you a couple days later And ask, when will you be in? He responded with the water damage, trying to play the blame game. I asked Can you look at it to proper diagnose my phone and you did not answer. Your lack of customer service is my issue. Everybody experience is not my experience so I don’t care what they post on here.

I took my phone in with a broken screen. The repair was fast and easy, and even when an additional issue was found, the cost remained reasonable. Great service — highly recommended.

I am very pleased with the service here! The staff was very nice, professional and fixed my iphone screen quick! Before coming here, i went some place else and they couldn't get it right like they did. Highly recommend.
