It took more than 3 hrs to open a checking and savings account. Later I reported fraudulent charges on my account and the fraudulent charges continued. I had to call again the next day to open another claim. Before you put your money in this bank consider leaving it under your bed....

By far the worst Bank I've ever been to. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. They will have a line of people and only one teller. Very bad service. Pulled up to drive through, presses button for teller to ask for a deposit slip and they literally just walked away. I had to come inside.

I can only get here on Saturdays. Every time, 10 or more people on line and only 1 teller. Full lobby also. Needs improvement.

This is the worst bank ever. Do not bank at Wells Fargo. The The associate Marley Marsellus and the banker Michael Ramirez made zero effort into helping me with a money order that their system clearly made an error processing. Michael Ramirez the The manager bluntly told me that my issue was not worth looking into because it only happened to one person. I am disgusted.

Every time I visit a Wells Fargo location, I wait a minimum of 15 minutes for any type of service. This particular location is usually much longer. Today is no different. I have been in the drive thru to make a simple deposit for over 20 minutes. The only reason I deposit here is out of necessity. I would never bank with this establishment.

I have been banking here since the building was built! But over many years I have worked with Stacey Lyons and she has always been there! For everything! Lost card! Issues! Needs! Always has the answer! Just wanted Wells Fargo to know how lucky they are to have her! We also truly count on Ms. Lovely as well! My favorite Wells Fargo! I only stray when I have to!

This branch is not even the closest to me, but it is my favorite branch. The bankers are very knowledgeable and patient. The only negative is that it is not a quick visit.

Horrendous amount of wait time in the COMMERCIAL lane!! Unacceptable! This is the third time that I have waited more than 25 minutes at the commercial drive thru lane with all other lanes empty!!!

I had to run into the bank today to get a temporary ATM card. The parking lot was full, I thought maybe because they share parking spaces with Publix Grocery Store. When I finally found a parking space, I walked into the bank and Lord and behold it was a mad house. I needed a temporary card so I found a chair to sit down. Then another customer told me to sign in, I signed in on page 2. I knew then I was there to stay a while. No problem, I had time to spare and a cell phone to catch up on some Yelping: -). About 15 mins in, I hear my name being called, I wad surprised, so soon, I thought??? considering it was insanely busy in there. I heard my name being called again by a very lovely young lady. I answered, she ask me how May I be of service to you with a smile. I explained very briefly my purpose there, so the ask me to follow her to her station. The stations are all open concept. I said to her the last time I was here, there were offices with doors. She said this is the new Wells Fargo concept and ask if I like. I did, but I didn't because it lackes privacy. The business at hand now, this girl went above and beyond the call of duty. She saved me a ton of money, she suggested some options that could be beneficial for my teenage sons as well as myself. I was glad I had the time to go into the bank as I came out with more than what I went in there for. So in essence, my deposit was greater than my withdrawal. Thanks Cyncia, for a job well done!
