Beautiful apartments. The leasing team was super friendly and helpful to us. I can’t wait to move in.

terrible building, we lived in house 14020, everything was covered in cockroaches, it was impossible to get rid of them. The management of the building is disgusting; after they move you in, you can’t expect any help.

I adore my life in the Aliro. Coming home to such a welcoming community is a result of the helpful staff and excellent customer service.

This facility has the best personnel I've ever met. They've helped me with any issues and know who to call for answers they can't answer.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.Be careful everyone. They're buying fake reviews and reporting 1star review to cover up their $hjtI lived for 2 years and been through: roaches everywhere (rooms, your car), weekly broken elevator and washing machine, dog $hjt and urine all over the grass, noisy neighbors smoking and playing ultra bass music, front door/gate open for anyone (including thief if any). And most annoyingly, they open the gate for towing truck to come in and tow cars with expired stickers. If you wanna do something good for others, post your true experience here and report those fake 5star reviews so they wont be able to trick more people.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

Mold. EVERYWHERE. No one answers the phones. No one answers the e-mails. You'll pay rent to live with roaches and mold.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!First of all, everything is always broken from the elevators to the laundry room and when you complain to management they tell you that YOU have to get in contact with the company and fix it (even tho you pay a maintenance fee every month). Each time it rains my apartment floods and no one has been able to fix it.Management are there for decoration only, each time you try to go to the office is empty and no one is there and when they make the time to talk to you, they do NOTHING TO HELP YOU, is like there is no management.Every time that you want to have a guest over you have to pay 10 bucks for parking for each car and during the weekends don’t think about having guests because the office is closed and there is no way to get a parking pass. I’ll also add that the process to get a parking pass is almost imposible and everyone is rude and has an attitude. I’m guessing they don’t want to give you a pass because they have a deal with the towing companies and they make money each time a car gets towed. At night, everyday there is at least 5 towing trucks going around looking for cars to tow.The amenities are falling apart, the pool is dirty the cushions are always disgusting like they are never washed and in the gym there are always at least three or four machines that don’t work.

I moved in to this property in March of 2023 believing I was going to be so happy here .Everything turned out to be a nightmare.Move in day I sent a list of broken things in my unit, such as the balcony door blind , dishwasher, molded AC , floor and the closet door. During the night I could not sleep because this loud noise that I do t know where it comes from but I believe is from the elevator as my unit is below it . I also noticed a smell of chemicals and smoke. The neighbors are just inexistente, they are rude but at the same time love to snoop inside of your place !I don’t know how many times I have asked for assistance , or to change me to another unit but never received not even a no as response. . So the latest I got locked inside of the trash room which still have the door broken, and they still call this place luxury.tour car wil be towed with no reason or stolen inside of the property. You might have to share the common areas such as laundry room , gym, pool emergency stairway with homeless people that gets access in to the property.I’m out of here ?Returned my unit in a better condition than when I got it! Never seen my security deposit back.UnsafeDirtyThey just don’t care about tenants once they move in.(speaking to myself and my experience)

Living in Aliro is an amazing experience! Shortly after the pandemic, I moved in, and everything has gone really well ever since. When something breaks, the crew is always available to help fix it and is incredibly attentive. I adore this building and heartily suggest it to anyone searching for a new North Miami rental.

The problems in living here is that is infested with roaches, and the pest control hasn't come in more than 2 months. Buildings are full of mold and they expect you to live in those coniditons, if you don't notice them before you sign, you will soon notice by the time passes. Not to mention also that I have cash covered in mold.
