Amazing staff, your animal will be cared for. However, make sure to get accurate quotes for overnight stays at hospitals of your pet will need overnight care.

I went in there for the one dollar special to treat a kitten that I rescued a week ago.
Everybody was super sweet. The place is very clean..
It’s close to my house.
Everything is perfect.
Except for that one dollar turned into $293 for a simple eye infection that my little kitten had.
When I got home, I checked the prices for the medication’s online. Because I didn’t realize it, and until I left that I didn’t have to buy the medication from them. They could’ve written me a prescription.
They were a fraction of the cost blind than what they had sold them to me.
I was not given a prescription I was given the medication opened by them to they show me how to apply it, they were stealth in “making you trust the specialist”.
They also told me that blue eye cats have the issue of dry eye. I looked it up. I cannot find anywhere that says this.
Another thing that I wasn’t comfortable with is that they said they had to do some tests, but they weren’t clear about the test, nor did they tell me the cost of what they were going to do on my kittens eye. And then they remove the kitten from the room without me and five minutes later they came back. I did not see any results of any test. Tomorrow I plan on calling to see the results of the test that cost $111.
So that when the diagnosis was given, me by the doctor who came in for two minutes and told me how to apply it. They open the medication applied the medication together the two of them and he left. His assistant who works hand in hand passed me the bill for $293 with The ointment and eyedrops.
I plan on calling them tomorrow To ask for the results and to also ask for a refund of the overcharge for those two medication’s that I can get for the third of the price.
But I did want to lay this out because everybody raves about this place and it’s true. They’re very nice And the place is clean and everybody seems to love them .
But my experience today with a cat who I rescued, and you would think that they would be a little bit more helpful. Just seem to scam me with that dollar introductory visit.
I’m really disappointed because I really was hoping to find a great vet after experiencing a terrible experience with the former vet.
Just because people are nice and smile and play with your pet, wearing scrubs does not mean that they’ll not take you for everything you’ve got because you need their expertise. They’ll just be nice and smiley as they do it.
I’m shocked.

My outside Neurologist requested bloodwork for our dog who suffers from seizures…just to evaluate his seizure meds levels…why does Arch want to charge me close to 700 dollars for a blood panel???? Trying to force a doctors visit when I DONT NEED YOU TO EXAMINE MY DOG TO DRAW BLOOD… you aren’t the doctor requesting the BLOOD…..Ridiculous one of the many reasons I refuse to go here…

Solid vet clinic. They are always on top of appointments, and the wait time is almost nonexistent. The place is clean, and everyone is passionate about animals. I can get same-day appointments, which is great when on a tight schedule.

This review is long overdue. These is my primary veterinary. The service is really great and the prices are affordable. Once I had an emergency with my baby frenchie and they were able to attend it right away.
It is hard to find a veterinarian who care more about the animals than the money, so I was very lucky to find Arch Creek Clinic.
Thank you guys!

DO NOT USE THIS VET EVER! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY OVERCHARGE YOU & DONT REFUND YOU.
My name is Flor & the founder of Noah’s Rescue Inc. I took 5 a total of 5 puppies. (4 for their first round of shots, & 1 because he had a seizure).
I was quoted $279 for a package for first round of vaccines.
I was demanded to pay $540.00. Why? Wasn’t provided a receipt or any type of paperwork. They then realized I was charged someone else’s invoice as well.
Well guess what, too bad for me because I’m not being refunded for their mistake!
There are several other vets within this area. Don’t use them at all!
