Give Franccesca a RAISE!! She offered outstanding customer service that made me feel comfortable. This was the third Audi dealership I visited for assistance. The Selector Lever Malfunction alert kept appearing. Audi FTL and Pembroke Pines wanted $400 for a diagnostic test. I shared my issue with Franccesca, and after 45 minutes, I learned that the lever would be replaced at no cost because it was under warranty. The mechanic identified additional problems that were also covered under warranty and fixed those as well. He deserves a raise, too!! The part I needed had to be ordered, but that didn’t prevent me from getting my car back the very next day!! They washed my car and even gave me interior wipes as a complimentary gift. I LOVE AUDI NMB. THANK YOU, FRANCCESCA! 🫶🏾

Always great service from Illia from North Miami Audi Service Dept. . Easy to make appt, , punctual, professional , wait is reasonable in a great facility. My husband will keep taking my car for this reason. Lol

This is the best Audi dealership hands down. The main reason is the Sales Associate, Stan Abolsky. He made the process smooth, transparent, and really did everything he could to get me the best value for my car. My wife now uses him. Our whole family has become an Audi North Miami family and I could not be happier. Thank you Stan and the rest of the team at Audi North Miami for an unbelievable experience and, of course, an unbelievable vehicle.

Purchased two cars from these people. They are a scam, months of waiting for freaking loaners, random charges when doing lease returns after they said theres no need for a lease inspection. Horrible horrible horrible. Place sucks, car suck. Go somewhere else.
