“I am from New Orleans and was looking for a Porsche Macan for my daughter. I found one on Cargurus listed by Warren Henry Infiniti in Miami. Within minutes of my inquiry, I received a response and got connected with Sebastian Mohadeb. From the first contact Sebastian was fantastic to work with. He was patient and addressed all of my questions. Since I was from out of town, we scheduled to do a complete walkthrough of the car on FaceTime. We closed the deal, I flew in to Miami, test drove, and was out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. As I have bought many cars over the years in multiple locations, this was actually one of the best experiences I have had with a dealership, but more importantly a sales person. As Sebastian knew I had a 12 hour drive back, he called me several hours later just to check how I was feeling and if I was doing ok on the road. Was that service or just someone who actually cares about their customers? I think both.”

“I recently took my car in for scheduled maintenance, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! The team did an outstanding job with the diagnostics and handled all the replacements needed for my vehicle’s mileage. My car now feels better than new — smoother, tighter, and more responsive than it ever did, even when serviced under warranty at the dealer. Truly impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work. Highly recommended!”

“Took my Model Y to Classic Collision North Miami after the front fender got torn up. Deep scratches down to metal, a crease at the fender/hood line, and door needed to be replaced. Not a small job. Jessica was very friendly and had great communication during the entire process. David helped me out a lot and kept things moving. Staff was solid. They are Tesla certified and it shows. This kind of repair on a Tesla is not something every shop can do properly. Quality of the work was excellent — gaps, paint, finish all look factory. This should be your first stop if you need work done correctly.”

“If you want high quality paint work and honest pricing, go see the team at the Maaco off the NW 135th Street exit on I-95 Southbound. We trusted them with two of our vehicles over the last two months, a 2013 Kia Sportage and a 2006 Nissan Titan. They did an AMAZING job bringing them both back to life with the utmost care. The quick quotes we received were exactly what we paid. Outstanding service and total transparency! Thank you”

“I’ve been driving Audis since 1981 so I’ve had plenty of experience with Audi Service departments. Until this writing, I’ve never felt the service I received at any Audi dealership warranted my taking the time to write about the people I’ve dealt with or the quality of the work done. Until now. I became a devoted client at AUDI NORTH MIAMI about six years ago and EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO IN I’m thrilled to do business with them. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS, the Audi business. They’re organized, they’re smart and they’re reasonable. And they can explain it all! As you can tell, I’m a huge fan and I’m not even related to anyone there!”

Checked the price of part that I needed and even provided recommendations to mechanics nearby. Never had a bad experience at this location. Would recommend. 😊”
