“I have recently had my car fixed at Alexis Paint & Body Shop.
I had been to multiple shops for quotes in the area on what it would take to fix a large coin sized hole in my bumper. Yimy at Alexis gave me the best price, he is very nice, and also very professional. The work that was done for my car was fixing the hole in the front bumper, painting/blending 4 panels and they also purchased/replaced the fog light covers that were missing. Yimy and is crew did an expert job on fixing my bumper. I gotta say that I am super happy with the work and with the customer support that Yimy provided.

“Good service from Mr. Robert C. Just went to the store to buy a couple of items. I was waiting in line to be assisted and Robert suggested me to go through self check out. I told him my only concern was that I wanted to make sure I would get my points as a rewards member for my purchase. He assisted me on the process of the self check out and how to make sure I was getting my points by putting my account in the system. He also explained to me that the day I would like to redeem a credit once it is available that that has to be with a cashier associate, not at the self check out machine. Today was my fourth visit to the AutoZone located at SW 127th Ave and Quail Roost Drive in Southern Miami—and I felt compelled to finally write this review because of one exceptional employee: Robert.
I’ve been to plenty of auto parts stores before, and unfortunately, it’s not uncommon to encounter staff who aren’t very knowledgeable or engaged. But Robert is in a league of his own.
His knowledge of parts is outstanding, and his ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with customers is rare. He doesn’t just sell you a part—he educates, listens, and genuinely cares that you get the right solution. Today, he said something that really stuck with me: “I treat every customer the way I’d want to be treated.” And it wasn’t just talk—you could feel it in the way he carried himself.

Kenley E. Was incredibly helpful, efficient, and made my experience so good, that I would be a repeat customer just because of him. Excellent job.”
“I was in a car accident in September and Magic Touch was the first and last body shop I called. They are excellent — Alex explained the insurance process and answered all of my questions. He was also just fun and easy to talk to in general. They handled everything down to the rental car and looked out for other potential issues I was concerned about in case I needed to fix other parts, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. They also made sure to call me to let me know exactly what they were going to do/which parts were needed, and they did a really good job on the body work.
Their guys really care about quality too. The man who painted my panel (I can't remember his name) even called me because he was concerned that it might look a little funny with the gloss since the rest of my Jeep needs a paint job. I was very appreciative of that kind of consideration.
When I went to pick my Jeep up, the same guy showed me everything they did and made sure I was happy with the work and also assured me that there were no other issues concerning the other parts I was worried about. Another thing I was really appreciative about is that aside from the body work, my Jeep was left in the same condition it came in, meaning nothing was damaged in the process (I've had issues with other mechanics breaking and/or misplacing things while fixing other things.)
Overall, this place is great — they've got great people and do good work. When it's finally time for a full paint job, I'll be calling them again for sure.”
“I want to set the record straight regarding my experience with Tropical Collision. My 2026 Tesla Model Y was in the shop for quite a while, and I initially thought the delay was on them. It turns out the fault was entirely with State Farm’s processing.
Throughout the entire ordeal, the team at Tropical was incredibly professional and friendly.
