Jeremy Castro, our representative, went above and beyond to get out insurance carrier to cover all the expenses needed to get the car back to its original condition; and Jessica De Armas Perez, kept us up to date on the progress at all times and was true to her word. These are true professionals and showed me that their top priority was the customer and making sure that everything was done right. This is a rare thing these days. Mr.Cedric the assistant manager really shows up and shows out like reviews before this one say! I walked into the store with a wheel stud and a lug nut and said please help me find this. Let me tell you! He runs that store like a captain at sea! A tight ship! Made sure Staff was available and knew their tasks, clearly communicated across the store, flaunted his multitasking skills in not only English but Spanish , AND did all this while helping me and found my part in a timely manner! WITHOUT feeling rushed, like a bother, or like I was dizzy. He made sure I knew what I had in my hand, what I needed AND recommended what would be best for not just my car but MY SAFETY!
A book could be written about my experience. The staff made sure my mom and our pup was good, made sure we understood and overstock. I've sent multiple people to him including my husband and they're all happy with his work and continue to see him! I just moved to Fort Lauderdale and still drove to Miami to come see him! He's always honest and upfront! You can leave your car with him and know that it's going to be better when it comes out and not worse! I got a flat tire just a few blocks from my house after hitting a curb and was completely stuck, with no roadside assistance and no idea what to do. The owner came over himself to help me, changed my tire, and got me safely back on the road. He would not take any money for his time or help. It’s so rare to encounter this kind of genuine kindness. He helped me simply because I needed help, and I am incredibly grateful. What could have been a very stressful morning was made so much easier because of him. If this is how he treats someone who wasn’t even a customer, I can only imagine the care he gives his customers. He has absolutely earned my business, and I will be bringing my cars here for maintenance and repairs from now on. I cannot recommend this shop enough. “I had a recent repair on an 2012 Fiat 500 and the shop was fantastic.
Reasonable price and excellent workmanship.
The customer service was excellent also.
I ran into a problem where a vendor I had scheduled was late in delivering a part to the shop. Even though this was NOT the shop’s fault, they were very accommodating and kept the car an extra two days for the part to arrive. They did not charge any extra.
I HIGHLY recommend them !!!!”
