My friend went to buy a battery yesterday, she was overwhelmed and worried, her English is short but she use the translator to communicate effectively… she was mistreated my an staff member who refused to have communication with her using the translator, she ended up crying and of course buying the piece because she needed it… if a manager read this please pay attention to the customer service that your employees are providing!

As the sole customer in the store, I was still required to locate my own oil and filter. This was the first time after purchasing oil and filter at Autopart or Autozone for years. The employee only provided me with an oil description after requesting the oil and filter. They became irritated when I returned to inquire about the filter number. The entire experience was unpleasant and made me hesitant to return to this location.

Will was an amazing help. I came to get a new battery because I’ve been through two in the last year. He was able to install my new battery and told me rather my starter was draining my battery or not. He helped me every way he knew how. As a women with no knowledge of cars he was an amazing help!!! 10/10 experience. He needs a raise. If you come to this location. ASK FOR WILL!
