If i could give a zero star, even a subzero star I would. The worst banking experience ever. Hard to believe this is in the USA!
I waked into this branch with a friend that is an account holder with the intention of opening an account as well.
My friend had questions about a deposit and change of address.
We walked into the branch (empty place) and were completely ignored. My friend approaches the two hispanic managers who were engaged in conversation and they told him somebody would be right with him. For a simple question and a change of address took 45 min waiting. Again not a single person on the store. Finally my friend got help was sent to the teller and the super rude Hispanic teller snatched the paper out of his hand brutally. What kind of employees represent their customers like this! This is not Colombia or Argentina and in this country we are polite and respectful to our customers.
I will NEVER open an account on this bank. 3 employees tailored my perception of Bank United.

Increible llegar a un banco a cambiar un cheque de $4,500 pesos y que te digan que no tienen dinero para poder cambiarlo...que si puedes ir a otra sucursal.
