Perhaps they're overworked and understaffed, I don't know....but the pharmacy department at this Walgreens is the worst I've encountered. Part of the backward south Florida tradition of treating the customer as an inconvenience. Management may be part of the problem. Also, called in prescriptions often "don't go through". Just a disaster of a pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The pharmacist here is very rude and make up his own roles. I came to order medication and he wouldn't place the order because my dr wrote 2 medications on one form. I left here and went to another Walgreens and they had no problem filling my Rx. They are always understaffed and don't care how long you wait. Stay away! I wish I could give them zero

If you like lines and prescription stock issues then this is the place for you! It's also a pain to get in and out of the parking lot. Nothing redeemable.

While they're not open around the clock, I've found this Walgreens location to be quite useful for grooming and beauty products. It's a quicker shop than going to a larger grocery store and the medicines are much more varied suitable for all ailments. I always grab my maybelline compact powders here because they usually have a points offer on them which saves me some bucks. Depending on the season, they are also stocked with decor for every holiday. Last minute items are certainly the reason why I've come here several times. I e always found everything I needed. The entrance on 125th is a bit weird to access but that's the only setback really.

Walgreens on 125th & Biscayne is the worst. They WILL NOT answer the phone. I have stood there and watched them just ignore the phone ringing and ringing. I have called to make sure all my meds were ready and no one answered. I got an Uber and only one was filled. All they had to do was answer the phone. Since then I have moved and do not use them and every month they say my meds are ready for pick up. I use another Walgreens that is respectful and will talk on the phone. I wish I could fire the pharmacy manger at 125th. They Sux. I would suggest go to CVS right down the street..

Worst Walgreens I've been to. Very slow. Pharmacist looks like she hates her job, specially dealing with people.
