I live in New York and somehow money was taken out of this bank from my bank on Sunday, June 23rd at 4:59 and 5:00 pm. Had to get the fraud department from my bank to investigate it. I will be getting my money back and suing chase for the funds.

Never ever in my whole life went to a bank with this level of customer service, best ever, stupendous service (note: first time in my life I use this word to refer to a bank service)I read the reviews and some people are totally confused with the branches service and the automated teller's service. The service is the best.And racism and discrimination to poor people...????? All the persons working here are black nice people and highly educated.So if you need a socialist bank good luck.

Teller rep: MARIE CASHBOX#7 (Feb. 18, 23) failed to give the proper change today. Withdrawal $250 and she provided $230 and claim she did give the proper change. MAY GOD CATCH UP WITH YOU MARIE!!!!

Great place to go if you ever wanted to see your self defense skills. Good chance you get robbed. Since this multibillion dollar company obviously knows this is such a bad location the ATMs close at night but don’t put a guard in the parking lot during business hours. It’s okay, use the drive up window…never mind they close that too. Huge lines when they are open

BLATANT RACISM!!! This branch is just begging for a class action lawsuit. The ATMS don't work at night and most don't work during the day. If this was in a wealthy neighborhood all the atms would be working. They know underprivileged people have to get money into their accounts fast to save themselves from outrageous overdraft fees but they intentionally make it difficult to put cash into their account. I am so tempted to find 3 more Chase banks in underprivileged neighborhoods and slap a lawsuit on these guys. Shame on you chase bank. Looking for the most ruthless lawyer i can find. And happy to put all that legal compensation into a local non profit. Shame on you Chase Bank!!

The service was great. Spoke to a person at the desks for what I needed and handled it with the most genuine happy spirit. It's good to be served by someone who loves their job and helping ppl.
