Withdrawal and Deposit at the Atm drive thru doesn't work. Card reader access into the bank doesn't work. Don't waste your time and gas to visit this awful Chase atm

My problems wer solved as soon as I walked in the bank great service by thomas Bengen going above and beyond on his service status helped me with my findings on transactions taken out of my account and helping me on getting better credit status everyone in this bank is very welcoming and helpful

Horrible equipment. Horrible customer service. No manager on site to complain to. My husband waited in the teller line for a direct deposit form, just to FINALLY get to the front to be told that the ONE teller’s printer was broken. Then have to wait again! 30 MORE minutes because no rep available. MAKE availability. Your equipment failed. Now that’s the customer’s problem. THEN their little, useless greeter says he can print it out on his own. What?? If he’d wanted to do that he wouldn’t have wasted his time coming to the branch. Just don’t patronize this branch, if you value your time.

Customer service sucks! They only asked to help certain people. For anything urgent, don't waste your time at this location. Long wait for any service. One teller. Can't access the outside lobby ATM after bank hours.

Worst Chase location. Better to go to another location. If you don’t speak Spanish or understand Spanish don’t go. They are very rude, till I spoke in Spanish. Sad how they treated English speaking people. Management need to be trained in customs service.

They discriminate against people by country. I am Cuban and they never made me feel so bad, I opened my business account and it was a really bad day, I showed them my social number, my ID, passport, Parol, asylum request, company name, EIN number, biometric data doc, etc. . So many to tell me that I needed a work permit that without that I couldn't open the account. Because I am Cuban. Mr. Germán Gómez, I did not like your treatment at all, the truth is that I expected more from the staff of a simple Bank, you have to be Human and stop racism and so on, when there are people, mothers who come to a country to work and fight for dreams. The only thing I asked was that he give me the printed requirements so that when I had everything ready to return, he told me that he couldn't give them to me. Therefore I felt worse. Good day . This is just one rung of the ladder.

Customer service poor. A simple withdrawal took twenty minutes. Staff is clueless. Horrible experience
