Worst Chase location. Better to go to another location. If you don’t speak Spanish or understand Spanish don’t go. They are very rude, till I spoke in Spanish. Sad how they treated English speaking people. Management need to be trained in customs service.

I'm sick and tired of feeling like I'm putting myself at risk when I go to a chase bank after hours to use the ATM. Second time now that I'm not able to get inside because the doors are simply not working, or the card reader isn't working to allow anyone in. I attempted the drive up ATM, and the touch screen wouldn't react to the touch, unable to make a deposit. Fortunately, I have a Bank of America account and will be making my deposits there.

They don't want you to take your money out. Inside atm does not allow people after hours and drive through is always broken.

Walked in at 2pm to wait for assistance to only get asked to leave by 3:24pm because all of a sudden they're filled with appointments. Poor customer service. Especially Miss Camila Ramus.

I normally do not rate places , this one deserves to be made public . My experience with this facility belongs into another world , third world I most say , I deposited money in the ATM they have up front indoors, in my stress I forgot to get my card back , just 6 minutes after i realized I have left my card and ran back to the place , it was 2 minutes after they have closed the facility , they where inside by the door , a lady approached the door not opening it, after i insisted I needed to explain her what just happened just 5 minutes ago , she on a square fashion like not being a human being said that the card had been given to her and that it had been blocked for security reasons , that I understand not her attitude by the way, when she said to me that it would take a week for me to get it back in such an authoritarian way, I thought i was going to arrested . I asked her to try and solve this situation either giving me a temporary card or letting me take some money out of my account cause I had none in my pocket , she said no without any hesitation , I asked her to call the manager , she said she was going to, but she never did , 20 minutes later she walks again by the door and I asked her again to call the manager, her answer was no better, he is in a mitting she said not even looking at me nor even stopping her walk to talk , I was treated like an animal, there was no intention to provide a help , no intention to provide a service , the experience has been nasty , the money sitting there is not theirs but it is ours , the two workers , the woman and a young man the approached the door both are way under qualified to even treat animals, their lack of skills to get out of the box to help a customer in need out of something that happened and that could have been addressed just by letting me take some money out of my own, so that i could wait the week it takes to get a replacement for my card was as disappointing as it could be, their could faces without a smile, their nasty attitude does not belong in any business in the private sector, they do not deserve the opportunity just as no client deserves to face or deal with people like this, I dont know them by names but I do know the way they look and tomorrow ill be right there talking with a manager or whoever its needed to meet with . if there was a half of star or negative measuring I would use it .
