I’ve always had good experiences with the North Miami hearing center. I appreciate the customer service and support. They even loaned me a charger when mine went dead. That’s going the extra mile.

Horribly crowded with long lines to get out of the Store and even longer lines to pay...This Costco does not have curbside pickup and no special arrangement for the handicapped !!!

I left my vehicle at Costco to replace a tire. When they finished, the Costco employee parked the car outside and left the driver's window down. During this time, there was a big storm with heavy rain and and the electronic components of the door and the seat got soaked and the floor flooded.The Costco employee just dried everything with a towel and left it. My car now smells like mildew and is damaged and Costco will not accept responsibility for this negligence while my property was in their possession.

This must be my favourite location for Costco. Always great deals, lots of options and great customer service. I'm maybe just lucky but never had bought expired products or broken items as might be in other stores. Excellent.

Listen, i understand employees are pressured to sell credit cards to customers or else they get in trouble or their hours get shortened. i've been there. i've worked retail before. but it's also MY RIGHT as a customer to say no and to have that choice RESPECTED, not be kept badgered on for 20 minutes about different credit card choices while you refuse to give me the credit card i originally ask for and when i get visibly pissed off, you keep trying to sell me your damn credit cards even after i say NO. it's manipulative and a time wasterand disrespectful
