I bought 2 tires, handed my keys at 3pm. Car was ready at 4:30. Got very bad attitude from the guy in the front when I asked for an update after an hour. Stay away, go change your tires someplace else.

I spent some time ordering tires over the phone and then went to pay at the tire service counter. I had to wait for a while to be served, and when I reached the counter, there were no records of my order. I didn't have enough time to place the order again, so I ended up not purchasing anything. I was quite frustrated.

had a 6:15pm appointment for a tire replacement, but 1h 15 min later, they still haven't started. They said six people still are ahead of me. Why schedule appointments if you're going to make people wait for hours? I won't be back.

I reside in Broward County, but drove this location because the Service I received on the Phone from Alex sealed it for me & and I was spot on. I called the both locations in Broward County, but the service was very lackluster.
He is not only knowledgeable in their field but also dedicated to providing top-notch friendly service and support. He took the time to explain and guide me as to where I needed to locate information on my vehicle that was applicable towards my tire purchase . Alex exceeded my expectations. I cannot say enough as his exceptional customer care.”

Excellent experience from start to finish, they’re knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Alex G’s customer service is impeccable, probably the nicest person I’ve encountered in the last 3 years of living in Miami. He deserves a raise for how hard he works and how pleasant he stays!

Another blessing of being a Costco member! I had a nail in a tire and thank God I was close to this Costco tire location. I was able to make a 12:45 appt and was out of there in 1 hour. Mind you, my tire had completely flattened by the time I parked at Costco. Major thanks to Alex G and the team for their efforts! All the best!!
