Pharmacy stuff is so rude and unprofessional. The first time here will never come back. If you want good service, this CVS is not it. Long line with adequate staff. So sad!!!!!

Mr Pierre from the pharmacy department was so helpful in my case, he helped me save HUNDREDS of dollars on my prescription. You can tell he has years of experience working there, he knows what he's doing and is good at it.

Since ,the new management shift, the service is not great as before. Need more tech reps available doing busy times. Especially, the age and disability customers.

I agree with what I read on most of the site. They don't care about there customers. The line could be around the corner and they entertain each other rather then move the line. They really need training you have elderly people standing waiting too be served. Not very loving or kind

Worse pharmacy ever !!! The pharmacist are always gossiping non stop and are not interested in working or giving a good customer service at all ! Always a long line , no drive thru . When you call they never answer the calls. I over Hurd one of the pharmacist saying " I'm not even answering to the phone numbers that don't match the account ! " very Poor service ! Horrible . Always have a problem with my medication instead of being informed when I call about 5 times before going to pick up my meds. Then they say my insurance isn't covering it . Told me to just call my insurance Instead . After 2 hours with my insurance company they clearly stated they had to check every medication to see which one was covered not just go with the first option . After I called back and told them that the prescription had no specific name that's when they started looking for one that was covered by my insurance ,they had to order it so that just pushed me back 1 week with no meds . Hire new workers! We need a positive work place and most importantly positive employees !

Incompetent and rude pharmacy staff. After almost a year of picking up the same medications, each month I encounter the same problem at this pharmacy. I can not comprehend why this useless staff and Managment are allowed continue their employment at this poorly run phamacy.

I strongly recommend this service, and I want more people to use it for their medicine. It was great, walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions and arrived quickly with the prescription. Many thanks!

TERRIBLE customer service, disorganized and everyone has an attitude and tries to pass the buck to others. You’re likely to wait a long time to be serviced in any way.
