This is the absolute worst CVS customer service on the phone!! The operator doesn’t even speak proper English! And then gets mad at me because I don’t understand him! Completely hangs up on me and when I try to call again, picks up and hangs up!! Completely unprofessional!! Please beware if you need help just go to the store cause on the phone it’s horrible!!

I get here at 10:40 on 6/26 and the store is locked with no one in sight. Like why is the store locked when it says the store closes at 11pm. :/

Extremely unprofessional on all levels. The pharmacy department is the worst in all of dade county. I was cursed out by a pharmacy technician and when I asked Pharmacist Jean for her name, he quickly got dumber than ever. The technician told me that she was going to kick my A@@.She didn’t assist me at all. Not one word was transmitted from my mouth. No one in the pharmacy is wearing names tags. That’s the only reason why I don’t have her name. .. The needs to get involved. ASAP..?

PURE INCOMPETENCE! This is the THIRD TIME they’ve lost my prescription and told me they didn’t have it when they did have it. ALL the pharmacists are incapable of doing there job. Yesterday, I received someone else’s medication entirely (which is perhaps why they lost my medication). Someone is going to DIE if something isn’t done about the complete lack of organization in this pharmacy.

If there was no stars, I’d choose that.Incredibly slow AND RUDE staff. Let’s not forget the fact that they’re dealing with people’s medications, I’ve truly never been treated so poorly at any pharmacy, and I assure you I’m at pharmacies multiple times on a monthly basis. This is the absolute worst.

Store deserves 0 stars, but it will not let me post unless I give it 1 star. RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL of my time, dignity and intelligence. ZERO customer service skills. ZERO empathy, adaptability, ability to use positive language, clear communication skills, self-control, patience, or the slightest inkling of taking responsibility.I have lived in North Miami since 1990 and have visited this store on many occasions - with an aversion every time I go there. There are either not enough cashiers available (thankfully now there are 2 self-pay stations). Pharmacy always has HUGE lines, has rude personnel, and doesn't always have the medications I need, or tells me to pick up when not ready. But what happened 8/21/22 is shameful and downright disrespectful. There were no cashiers when walked in. I waited prudently a few minutes, then I started saying "hello" loud enough for someone to hear me. Even though I heard someone rustling in the office (closed door), that person did not answer. I continued to walk around front of store saying "hello" until I saw what looked like an employee speaking with someone. I asked where I picked up an online order. Her response was "don't you see me talking with a customer?" The employee finally came over, asked me for my name, brought me the packages, handed them to me, then walked off. I took my two bags and went to the car but decided to check the bag because I knew I had ordered two items in one of the order and each of the bags contained only one box. I went back inside and waited my turn. I opened my CVS app and attempted to show that I had ordered two items and received one. Both cashiers REFUSED to look at what I was showing them but rather the one who later identified herself as the manager walked away while mumbling that I had an attitude. I promptly told her she had an attitude for treating customers that way and she was lacking in customer service. She continued walking and loudly stating that I had an attitude. So I stood there waiting about 6-7 minutes thinking she had gone to look for my second item. This individual came back, called up people in line and took care of two people. I then said "excuse me, who is getting my item". She replied, "I'm not talking to you." I insisted that I needed someone to take care of my order. She stated "I'm not talking to no weirdo. You're a weirdo". I asked her what was her name. She said "I have no name. I'm not going to give you my name". I again mentioned that this was no way to treat a customer and that the reason she had a job was to service customers. She replied that her job had nothing to do with that. I asked to speak with the manager, at which point she said she was the manager, walked away, stated "I'm not talking to no weirdo, with a capital W". At this point I was ready to lose my patience, and I replied, "learn how to spell", to which she replied, "you need to go to school". (I can't imagine any company hiring a "manager" who behaves in this manner, but then again, I have met up with one or two - at this same store -that are sorely lacking in problem solving or customer service skills. Since they were not taking care of fetching my second item, I requested a refund. The second cashier then made a transaction to return $46 and some change. To which I showed her that my transaction was worth $30.86. She then stated that I would have to come back the next day, to which I replied that I could not. Even though I told her she would be overdrawing her drawer by over $16, she still refused to look at my order. So, I told her to go ahead and give me the $46 plus change. There were many customers throughout this entire interaction, so it was not something that I am making up. It is appalling that CVS hires such rude and disgusting employees. Times must be desperate when THAT is the caliber (rather, lack of) employees that a company like CVS must hire. I know that I will

They take forever at the pharmacy there was only 1 person ahead of me and it took 20 minutes for them to take care of me. Not only that BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN GETTING PRESCRIPTION THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG MEDICINE MIXED IN WITH THE RIGHT ONE. This place needs to be shut down at this point.
