The worst pharmacy I've ever been to in the US, the worst CVS, not the store itself, but the prescription department. Poor service, they don't keep to the opening hours, long waiting times to prepare medications, in short, avoid using their services.

It is so exhausting to come to this pharmacy that I would never want to return. They have made me come here 3 times in a single day, first the medication was not there, a second after I leave it was ready. It happened again, they gave me the medications. When I'm outside I realize that there's still some medication I need to take again and it takes almost 30 minutes for them to give it to me. Terrible and racist customer service. Omg it's a pain in the ass to come here, what a displeasure

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life I was prescribed with a medication and for a couple days and they never have gotten it ready. Customer service is very poor and rude and the cashiers have a nasty tone with other customers who need assistance they seem to not care for those who are in need of medication such as myself. I don’t recommend going to this cvs it’s been horrible for years and the parking lot is always a mess. The people at the pharmacy needs to be retrained because they always in their cell phone & never seen to care about the people that’s waiting in line.

My opinion is that it is not the place, it is the people who make the places good or bad, in this pharmacy there is a person, his name is Pierre, and from what I see I am not the only one who thinks that this man is unprofessional, inadequate to treat the public, without the slightest empathy or patience with clients, I really should work in another area less serving the public, I really changed pharmacies, but I feel sorry for the other people who have to be treated for this gentleman

I dont recomend any Latino that looks like caucasian going there. You will be discreminated by stuff. Besides the service is bad customer service is out of the picture the worst pharmacy I ever have to go to pick my meds. Already put a complaint on my insurrace.

What problems are there in this pharmacy? There is a person and a man with glasses, I think his name is Pierre. This person should not serve the public. He is very arrogant. He serves one person and the other person is 10. He asked me for my health insurance and I had it in. The hand left me alone in the office and he didn't give me the invoice. I had to tell the girl that I was going to take it because he came out like he didn't work there.

I personally had a great experience in the pharmacy, Daniela the pharm technician and Jaida the pharmacist were great i had to pick up a time sensitive medication for an specific condition ( the soonest i started taking it the best prognosis) and both of them were very dilligent. I appreciate all their effort to assist me.
