I come here a lot. Unfortunately some of the management is unprofessional, disgusting. Refusing to give their names, no name tags, & laughing in your face. Also Unsure of their names but Spanish ladies are always a pleasure & helpful!
The Windows have been busted for a couple weeks & It would be much safer if the manager didn’t hand her cashiers their cash tills in the middle of big rushes.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Terrible Customer Service at Dollar Tree
Dear Dollar Tree Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the poor customer service I experienced at one of your stores. I have always appreciated the affordability and convenience of Dollar Tree, but my recent visit was nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable.
I initially got in line at Register 3, only for the cashier to walk away without explanation, forcing me to move all my items to another register. Throughout the process, the cashier was extremely rude, not just to me but to all the customers in line. When it was finally my turn, I placed my items down, but the cashier refused to move them, stating that the register “wasn’t moving.” Instead of assisting, they made me reposition everything myself.
What truly upset me was the way the cashier treated my young son. He simply touched the payment keypad, and the cashier suddenly screamed at him, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. No child deserves to be yelled at for something so minor.
Additionally, a customer behind me politely inquired about when the store would restock Raspberry Sunkist, and the cashier rudely responded, “I don’t know,” before walking away. When the customer asked to speak with a manager, the cashier dismissively said, “I don’t know the manager,” and provided no further assistance.
The level of service at this location was appalling. There was no effort to be helpful, courteous, or professional. Customers should not be treated with such disrespect. I hope this matter is taken seriously, and I would appreciate a response regarding what actions will be taken to improve the service at this store.

This store wasn't as clean and stocked as another I visited a few miles away. However, the customer service was unexpected better.
