The two men who work here always have an attitude they are not friendly at all. They always have an attitude. Please avoid this place. Maybe the business can shut down for the poor customer service. Just go to 7-Eleven Walgreens the gas station nearby go anywhere but here. I’ve lived in this neighborhood for five years. I keep trying to give them a new chance, but every time I go, it’s still a bad attitude.

This location has always been well-run and is very conveniently located for all of us Northern Miamians. I believe this location, along with many other Farm Store locations, is falling victim to the 2024 Eggnog Recipe Altercation Debacle. I only wish the advertisements and in-store signage had been updated to reflect the changes because the several quarts—yes, it’s no longer a half-gallon—that we purchased went straight into the trash. It was not what we were expecting and was definitely not the same as it has been for the last 60-plus years.

I had a hair salon appointment at the neighboring salon, and when there was no parking in front, I quickly pulled in through the farm store drive-through to access the back lot. I parked there and walked around the building because I didn’t wanna be walking through the back door salon that I am not very familiar with. While I was walking this old man made it a point to be very, very very rude to me and told me that I shouldn’t be walking there. That’s not a walkway, etc.. I apologize and said this was the first time I was there, but honestly, it was hard to be really apologetic when a grown man is being rude to a grown woman. I understand that perhaps he is concerned about people walking through where cars enter and that may be a liability for them, but there’s seriously no need to be that rude to somebody who could be a potential client. The funny thing is that I looked at the farm store and thought to myself. Oh wow, I forgot these things existed. I can come here and get stuff when I’m in a pinch, but absolutely not. If you were local do not bother these people are terrible and I will get my life mission to tell everyone I know to not shop here. Seriously, sir I don’t know who wronged you but speaking down to grown adults or to anyone is totally uncalled for and absurd and I really genuinely hope you go out of business.

The older guy wearing a Covid mask in 2024 was extremely rude and bullied my friend. My friend left crying without Cheese Bread. I highly recommend you stay away from here.

This store is worst they discriminated people talk spanish me I am mix mex with Spanish and white and arab and Asian and guy works 3pm say English when see that guy talk Spanish other guys .also he discriminate his own race cause that guy is Spanish person.also he charges people bad he charge dad double when u go publix is not like that don't go here people if u are minority guy even though miami ,Florida 80% are spanish people this guy only talk spanish when he wants

The service is disastrous, the person serving is very hysterical and rude. I bought bread, which is good but it's not worth buying here because of the bad taste the place leaves in your mouth.

this is a convenient store but I literally rather go out of my way to a different store just to not see the guys who's work here. absolute a-holes I love supporting local businesse but by the way the store owners treat there guest unacceptable and honestly dont deserve the comfort.

the service is poor, it's more than poor it's unacceptable. if you enjoy being mistreated for a soda i recommend visiting them . and be sure to ask a question if you want some attitude with a side of cruse words. THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER.
