2.8 average stars, well earned.Hollie is the representation of absolute terrible customer service. Not sure why she has a customer service position if all she does is being rude to customers. Interesting she was also rude to the customer ahead of me.This type of attitude is actually costing the company money. There's probably a thousand people like me who stopped going to fedex to spend about a grand per month, you do the math.Take notice up there - C level...Bottom line is avoid this place by all cost

Great staff. I had passport photos taken for my 9 month old and 3 year old. The staff was patient, persistent, and had creative solutions for wiggly kids. Really great experience.

Damion has been so helpful and friendly. I went to renew my passport ? and he made the process so easy. They moved from. The other location. Parking ? is hard to get here just allow a few extra minutes and patience and you will be fine. I highly recommend this place!!!! Go Damion!!!!!

Have been shipping prior in many type of boxes without any issue at this location . Today, I was told not to ship in shoe boxes although I have shipped many in the same way and wanted to charge $7 for a box. Perfectly, sealed

I visited this location at closing time and Angel, a true Angel helped me until I met my needs. It was a stressful moment but in the right hands it was a smooth process.

They dropped off a package at my condo which I did not approve, I went back to return it at the print and shipping location and they sent it back to condo.

This place is terrible. Rude staff and slow service. Waiting in line for almost 45 minutes just to send a package. Will never go back there.

They always have the system down, or any or other excuses of why they can't process your package. They don't have in off employees and be prepare to wait 25 min in line.

Had to print plans for a job working in the area. Michael standing behind the counter has printed for me on two occasions and once it was someone else. Long story short, prices change every time. Not to mention the Michaels face clearly shows he does not want to be there (he was really sour but that's not my problem). He was insisting on adding 8 dollars because the file sent needed 2 more clicks than others. That right there is theft. The guy is an idiot.

I tried to send a package to UK and the rep told me that the services was unavailable. Have many times during the last year sent packages from and to the same destination. Didn't give me any explanation and told me to come back Monday, no even later or tomorrow. I immediately called fedex and there was not problem and went to another location that sent my package.

After reading the previous reviews and after my visit today, I believe they must have cleaned house. EVERYONE was so very nice and helpful.I called ahead with some questions and Emmanuel was super courteous and patient on the phone and answered all my questions.Once I got there, Sam walked up to me as soon as I walked in, she was quick to offer her help. She kindly answered my questions and helped me with my needs. The whole visit from walk in to walk out was seamless and so helpful. All the staff was courteous and helped me get in and out when I was in a bit of a time crunch.To be honest, I was expecting not such a great experience after reading the previous reviews.However, im SO relieved that wasnt the case for me. Thanks to the staff that was working today. Much appreciated.
