I have a terrible experience. I bring my car for service. I open the car, it was scratched up from the inside of the car. There was no manager to talk too. I am very disappointed at the Goodyear shop in North Miami.

Most reliable and trusted neighborhood Goodyear! They have been my family’s car service shop for years. Allan and the staff are genuine, honest, and know us by name. Great customer service, great car service, very personable. They are always my first choice.

I must say the store manager Allan Alcerro was the best. Very professional and friendly. He was able to get me in and out in no time to fix my tire. Thank you!! They are the best.

Awful and misleading. Was quoted one price online with a $30 discount which then was not honored in the store. Cashier/Front Desk associate was super rude and could have cared less. Ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Why even bother going here - they don't deserve your business

So, I brought the vehicle in for service and Allan Alcerro the Store Manager called me to let me know a list of issues needed, one being the Cabin Air Filter which I just had replaced in November, less than 3 months ago at Tire Kingdom. I actually saw it being replaced and I pointed that out to him. He then said he would check with his Technician, and then told me that the replacement was just recommended by “car mileage” I’ve had a lot of work done at this establishment on 4 different vehicles and now I feel I have lost all confidence and credibility with this auto shop and I question wether I should ever have my vehicles serviced at any Goodyear Service.

This is a great place to get your car serviced. I stopped taking my then new car to the dealer when they kept recommending expensive and needless work. It's been at least 5 years and have not once regretted it. The guys are knowledge and helpful, only recommending what I need. I've replaced tires there and prices beat all others.

We came to Miami for a trip and got a flat. They were able to get us a new tire super fast. But on our way back north, they called us and told us that they forgot our wheel lock key. It would have set us back 2 hours in our trip back home. We called and asked if they could mail it to us, but they said they can’t. I don’t understand why they can’t just put it in an envelope and mail it.

The service wasn’t that great i went to get oil change, tire rotation and a patch for one of the tires, when I went back to get my car, one of the guys said he forgot the patch, the didn’t reset the system that indicate the oil was Changed, plus the steering wheel of my car shakes when the speed goes up to 60mi.
I went to this store because I know goodyear is a trustworthy company, but in this location I can’t think about the best.

Really bad place, last week I went to change the oil of my car, it is supposed the pull rotation is included, my tires were rotated and my car was vibrating when I go to 50 mph, every time I pass a pothole all the iron sounds, this is dangerous and it is bad for the armor and transmission of the car. The service of 2 the boys who attend is horrible, they don't talk to you, they don't explain to you, if you ask them something they look at you with a tedium face, I went to goodyear because I thought it was a good company, but this loccion is terrible. I don't recommend it!

Stay away!! Total rip off!!! These are prices advertised at the counter see photos and the advisor in the photo told me my Volkswagen Tiguan would $170 for an oil change!! I have never paid that in my life for an oil change!!!!! Bad service!! So many other options for oil changes. I feel bad for the owner of this place that looses long term clients because of their employees!!

They are very nice people but service is pretty slow. It takes too long to check in and waited 30 min for someone to come to the counter to acknowledge customers. Place used to be good.

Excellent service and very kind, efficient service staff. Made an appointment to get new tires and I was in and out in a very short time.
