12 weeks ago while scrolling through Instagram I came acrossa 12 week challengewith Habitat.I have not worked out in over three years and had become sedentary due to injuries, surgeries, Covid lockdowns and with turning 60 my age was also becoming a factor. Although I was interested,With all that to consider, I wasn’t sure my body would show up for me as it once had in the past.Andrew and his team were so friendly and confident that I would be able to do it, I took my chances.They modified every work out to fit my needs and paid close attention to my execution as I went through each class.At first I felt intimidated because so many people were lifting such heavier weight, but with this type of environment you can work at your own pace and strive for your own goals even though the classes are smaller and more personalized there is no competition and there is no pressure to exceed more than your body is capable of.I’m happy to say that after the 12 weeks I have lost a total of 12 pounds.I feel stronger and better than I have in years. I have made new friendships and have since set new goals.I’m not giving up now that I found this type of boutique style workout. If you have the opportunity to try one session I am certain you will most definitely want to go back.Habitat is a unique fitness program that takes the stigma out of typical large intimidating gyms. I’m so happy now to be part of the Habitat family.

I threw my back out almost a week ago. Although it’s improved with rest, I still couldn’t bend over and was still in a lot of pain. Joshua, an trainer at habitat, suggested I come in and see Andrew. What an amazing experience. It was obvious that he is knowledgeable in his field. Though the treatment was painful, it was worth it. By the end I was able to bend over and pick up my shoes without pain. I will absolutely be going back for more MASH.

Andrew and the trainers at Habitat are knowledgeable, professional, and care about your all around health. The atmosphere at the gum is light and fun hearted and I recommend checking them out.

I have been training with Andrew since he first started as an intern at the gym I used to go and he showed right away all the good qualities of a good trainer. Then, I followed him to all the gyms he worked for with a bunch of other members and we all saw him growing into a master trainer. Andrew opened his own gym and of course I'm part of it because he is simply the best in town. No matter what your age or your goals are Andrew will adapt to you and your needs. The concept is simple small groups and a lot of attention. There you can't be hurt on the contrary, Andrew will help you to heal ; in my case we are currently working on a bad plantar fasciitis that I got from running too much, and in only one month he did better than the Doctor and treatments I had for over 6 months. Andrew knows what he is doing, he is doing it very well because is best quality is that he cares about us and so do all the trainers working with him. Also and very important the gym is always super clean, everything is new and the equipment is top of the notch. Habitat Personal Training worth every penny. Highly recommend by a very happy member.

Who ever lives in the Miami and needs to get in shape you better come and try this gym. Awesome atmosphere, very up lifting and best of all one of the most knowledgeable trainers in the city. From massaging therapy to hardcore corrective workouts that will not only get you fit but help you live a healthy lifestyle.Definitely will recommend this gym to anyone who is trying to be trained with not just experienced trainers but with much intelligence in the fitness industry.Shoutout to the great trainers Ryan and Andrew!

Andrew is an expert. He knows the body. He knows how to maximize results and minimize injury. I came to him with severe back ache and a shoulder injury; he worked with me to help repair my body and reboot my fitness. Habitat is clean, bright, and new. Classes are personalized and pumped with positive energy. Habitat's trainer, Ryan, is knowledgeable and helps keep me going when the workout gets tough. After 2weeks of training with Habitat I already notice the benefits! My knees dont hurt anymore thanks to the trainers correcting my form. I love how they push you even when you think you cant do more weight or reps. Amazing place!
