For YEARS I’ve been filing with Gustavo,
Last year as a favor to a friend I went with another preparer. It was a HORRIBLE experience!! I didn’t get my return papers that I was used to getting from Gustavo, I didn’t get a break down of how my taxes work and worst of all I didn’t get the IRS acceptance before I left as I always did with Gustavo. I had serious doubts for days about my return and I had to constantly be calling to get any information, something I NEVER had to do with Gustavo. When he prepared my taxes I knew how much and when I would get my return. This year I went back to quality and assurance. This is where you want to go if your looking for taxes to be done right.

I'm not always the easiest person to get along with or to understand but Mr.Yentel has always been able to calm me down tax-wise. Been my tax guide for a long time and I've always appreciated his service and patience.
