“Excellent service also from Maria. Walked in without an appointment to apply for a checking account debit card as I have an upcoming international trip. Maria completed the process promptly and arranged to have the card overnighted to me once approved so that I can have the card in time before I leave. Never knew there was a Schwab Branch only 2 blocks from my condo in the heart of Brickell, but glad to know one exists. FYI, this debit card has no international transaction fees and will allow you to withdraw from any ATM at no cost and it offers an exchange rate as close to those listed on the XE currency website (rates normally reserved for commercial customers) that I have found.”

“I was impressed with the advice I received from my advisor Daniel Perez, but think it could've been a little more thorough. He was very helpful in having me transfer some additional funds I had in a lower yielding savings account into much higher yielding SIPC insured Money Market funds. Very knowledgeable and helpful overall as were the other staff there. The office location and layout are beautiful. Things that could be improved are to have a receptionist in the lobby to check you in, greet you etc, and that the advisor takes a little more time with you. I felt a bit rushed. Decaf coffee in the free beverages would be a plus as I'm sure many clients have to watch their caffeine intake. Overall a postive experience and I'd recommend them, but would just like to feel less rushed and have other potential investment asset allocations explored.”
