The facility at 18450 NE 5th St is an abandoned building, no service, nobody to talk to, they don’t pick up calls. I came several times there no one at office I stayed couple of hours when finally she showed up she said “ I am on break “ she doesn’t want to talk to people. I reported her on a survey
