I sent my friend to pick up my clothes that I had altered. He called me and I could hear the seamstress screaming profanity and other obscenities.I called to speak to the manager and I could still hear her screaming in the background. The manager could careless about the situation or customers!! 84$ to be cursed at and screamed at. Don’t go to this establishment if you have to see the seamstress!!I will be calling her BBB about this!!Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

They are unprofessional. They ironed my husband's shirt collars and left crease, and ruined shirt by pressing too many times.Because, they didn't even bother to take the plastic holder out first. I guess they are lazy. They ruined another shirt too. Owner, Boris and manager do not have any customer service skill, but they said they are in business for 30 something years. They are looney. Not recommend at all. They are pretend they know what they are doing.

AVOID - stay away! Will ruin your clothing. They turned my beige shirt into a mint green shirt. They mixed it in with a bright green color and ruined my shirt. The owner did absolutely nothing, did not take ownership over the issue. I honestly wasn't expecting a refund of the shirt, but atleast a credit - he did nothing.AVOID - much better and more hospitable dry cleaners in the area.

I brought in 3 garment for alterations June 2 Not ready July1. Alteration person does not know when 3 garments will be ready. Kinda d*** cz I do not pay til alterations are ready to pick up, The Owners Manager responsibility ALL clients treated with Respect and basic courtesy . The alterations woman gave me a verbal quote of $20. Now she is yelling I won't like the price . Waiting is one thing Rudeness is unacceptable. This is my experience.
