I can't say enough about the quality service I received from Nekita and Diamond!! They greeted me right away and gave me gold star level attention. It was obvious that they wanted my business which made me feel special. I was also impressed with this location, the size of the storage unit I was interested in and the monthly cost. Super affordable!

First time using this company, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Words cannot express the professionalism of EP, one of the salesperson at Extra Space Storage in Miami. His patience, and knowledge about the service was spectacular. He was intouch with us back and forth via telephone. He made sure we got the right size space that we needed. We were very impressed with him. He deserves a medal.

Love love love this storage place! The customer service is top-tier. Me and my family always use this storage unit and it’s much better than Public Storage. It’s affordable, close to where we are located, and the staff is super friendly! One staff member stood out… Diamond! She is super kind and was fast with helping us.

On August 15, 2025, I went to get a storage unit. Diamond took the time to show me around and made sure I was completely comfortable. The process was quick and easy. Nikki also has excellent customer service skills. They are the best! I would recommend them to anyone.
