She was wonderful to work with. She sent me a video to make sure I liked it. And even suggested a different color and even suggested a different color. Which came out even better. I know Max since 2000 or even 1999. Back then Ramon was there. Adequate mechanics. I need to change oil, I go to Max. The other place did brake job for my mother, pads only, pedal pulsating. Max would either make you get new rotors or shave the old once. Again, you are paying for proper mechanics. There is trust in this shoppe. Highly recommend.. As far as neg reviews here and 3.9 rating, that don't sound like Max, in 25-26 years working with him, I never had anything like that happen to me.

Worst experience ever.I took my car to them, because my car wasn't turning on, they told me the problem was the alternator. I bought a new one and got it changed. the next day, it didn't turn on, they told me that the alternator I bought was failing. So I had to pay again for labor. the next day, the same. At the end the problem was never the alternator, It was the starter. I ask for a refund for at least the second labor cost, he refused it. I spent 500 solving a problem that I never had. The owner was very rude too.Take your car to other place and save your money

Just wanted to say, Max at M&M auto has been mine and my family's mechanic for yearss. He's always available to answer my questions and is very trustworthy. He's been doing this work over 30 years and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else in Miami.

M&M fixed the motor mounts on my vehicle and now it sounds like new. I took the vehicle to the dealership and four other mechanics for the past 5 years and they all used the wrong motor mounts. Finally, M&M got it right. explained the issue.. cheap mounts. I wasn't aware. Also, changed the water pump and the car runs like it did the day I purchased it.The service took 3 work days but it was worth the wait. Parts ordered took 2 days. This guy did everything right and charged a fair price. Definitely sticking to him next time I need anything else looked at.Services: Brakes

I paid him to fix a problem that was causing my engine to stall, but his "repair" only made the problem worse. I tred to resolve the problem with him but he became angry. His customer service is unspeakably bad. I had to go to a real mechanic to get my car repaired properly.This guy is a CROOK! STAY AWAY!

He charged me over $400 to fix a problem he created. I couldn't prove it was his error and I really needed my car, so I paid him only for my car to get worse. MAKE SURE YOU GET A RECEIPT in case you need to take legal action later! I eventually got my problem fixed by an honest and competent mechanic for less than $100. Take youd car and money elsewhere.
